"The band played at our Ruby Wedding Party and all the band were helpful, communicative and a great set of musicians. They took time and trouble to learn and perfect our special request which was no mean feat as it was a song from the mid-seventies and they performed it fabulously! A memorable evening for all."

"The band were really helpful when we contacted them before the wedding. On the day they set up with no fuss, and let us borrow their mics for our speeches. Their 3 sets were all really good-everyone was dancing from the beginning until the end, and everyone has been commenting on what a great band they are. They were so full of energy, and even ended up wearing props from our photo booth which added to the fun- the drummer looked great in a fez!"

"Wow, these guys are truly a class act. The band where incredibly tight and brilliant musicians and performers. Micki's voice is out of this world - she really is incredible. When she sang "Somebody Else's Guy" the room suddenly went quiet and you could hear a pin a drop. Melody Avenue where the highlight of my party and people still talk about how amazing they were. "I genuinely can’t put into words how brilliant these guys (and gal) were. So ridiculously talented and really made the evening of our wedding something unforgettable. They helped create an incredible atmosphere and the dance floor was full for their entire sets. If you’re questioning whether or not to book a band, stop and just book them. Can’t recommend them enough. Thank you so much for an unforgettable night!"

"We could not have asked for or trusted a better band to keep the moment going all night. The bands energy and professionalism, combined with Talisha's amazing voice made for a brilliant evening with everyone dancing. You performed exquisitely and all our guests have commented on how fabulous you were (including the staff at the reception venue). We are so grateful that we managed to book you as you were our number one choice, and you did not disappoint. You made the whole process easy and gave us confidence in you to work the room as you saw fit, making sure everyone enjoyed every minute. We cannot recommend you enough."

"The whole experience was fantastic. The booking and pre event support was great and I felt really reassured by the band - having never seen them live I was naturally nervous! On the day they were incredible and already I have been asked by friends for their details. Everyone was dancing and all night I was being asked "where did you find them?!" Thank you so much"

"The ladies were fantastic, they arrived and were very flexible with our changing plans and the costumes were amazing. the music was great and they acted very professionally throughout the evening. very unique to have an all female band and it works really well. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again."

"Had 106 Miles to Chicago play our annual weekender. They are a very good energetic duo, bringing laughs and some great moves on the dance floor and the audience loved the interaction with them. Bognorphenia would happily book these guys again in the future as they are reliable, competent and great fun. We danced all night"

"It has been my Fortune to have witnessed the Fantastic 'Phenomenon' that is Funk It Up! at many a Function. They are Furiously Funky, Fabulously Fun, and, and.... and....OK I've run out of F words? If you haven't seen them, WHY NOT??? They're the tightest funk band for many a mile, perhaps in the world ??❤️"
