"To add to the family review posted previously, on a more practical note... Patrick was wonderfully organised, when I spoke to him after booking he'd already checked Google maps to work out how long it would take to get to the venue and added half an hour for delays. He'd looked at Google earth to recce the site, and thought about additional music to supplement what I'd requested. He was there ahead of time, and was completely relaxed and supportive when I was in a big flap about everything. And of course, the music was perfect, beautiful, exactly as I'd hoped it would be. I couldn't recommend Patrick highly enough if you're looking for someone compassionate and efficient to make a very sad event very special."

"Robin played for my sister in law who was celebrating her 80th birthday making the whole experience so beautiful and overwhelming. Robin was kind, courteous and accommodating. He took part in our planning to surprise her with enthusiasm and care. We will never forget how special this was, I can barely find the words to describe what wonderful memories we have created. Thank you so very much Robin, we are still buzzing, you are amazing!"

"David was fantastic and made our day even more special. From coming with me to collect my bride in our RR and Daimler and then leading us, walking down the road and playing with the Dhol drummers (blended marriage Anglo-Indian) he was resplendent in his full regalia and the sound of the pipes carried throughout the local roads so we gathered quite a large crowd! David joined us throughout the day, through our service and afterwards at the reception, he carried the day and kept things going during greetings and presentations with his amazing skills. You have not heard bagpipes played this well before, in fact David was leading the Queen out at the Trooping of the Colour for the Platinum Jubilee the next day. You will not be disappointed. Thanks again David, you made our special day an amazing day and better than I could have thought possible. "

"What a wonderful player. Very professional and eager to make sure the listeners were entertained. I had the pleasure to be at a party where he was playing a storm and made sure everyone knew how the bagpipes should be played. I would recommend Sam to anyone."

"Funerals can never be easy, but Patrick was amazing. From the off, with his great profile it was clear he was the piper we wanted . Great communication throughout, and nothing was too much for him. Even making himself available to meet beforehand to discuss the days plans. He is a lovely person and a great piper. And it was a wonderful tribute for my late mother in law "

"Sam played wonderfully at my Mum's Funeral on Saturday 1st November. At the Church and Crematorium. He is a very respectful, professional and lovely young man. Everyone gave such high praise for Sam on Saturday including our Minister, Funeral Director and my friends. I can't thank Sam enough, just exactly what Mum would have wanted."

"I booked George to Pipe at my Aunt's funeral and he was absolutely briliant. His Piping was wonderful and also faultless. It really brought so much to the occasion. Everyone was really pleased he was there, that it made the whole afternoon easier and said they couldn't imagine anyone could have been better. It was a pleasure to meet him and he had a lovely prescence that was supportive and professional but very friendly and relaxed. It didnt feel like there was a stranger there at all. His timing was perfect, always in the right place at the right time so everything went smoothly. I highly recommend him. He was very accommodating with arrangements and communications were good. He was punctual and well prepared and looked very smart. Our Funeral Director took his details as he said he was the best Piper they had come across. In case it is relevant to anyone - I would add we were hesitant at first about whether a piper might be over the top for a small funeral with 7 people but we went ahead as it was about representing her homeland at a service here. If you had similar concerns I would reassure you that it actually made it more special and gave a framework to the day. It really brought more meaning to the event with a real sense of occasion and the numbers didnt matter at all. No awkardness, especially as George was so relaxed and friendly. So if you are not sure .. Go for it. especially with George. Not relating to George but relevant....The comms on the website are not so fab and chase up replies for the pipers managed by the site and get off their system and on to direct comms with your piper asap."

"Ian was so helpful for our pub’s first Burns Night event. He called prior to the event to talk through the specifics and even made recommendations on what a traditional night would involve. On the night, Ian arrived promptly in full garb, which our customers love. We had a few of our local Scots in who were very impressed with the music as well as the recital of Address to a Haggis. Would absolutely recommend!"
