"We have lots of bands play at our pub but nobody has a set as varied and interesting as Mostly Harmless. They never let the pace drop with hardly a pause for breath in-between songs. Continued playing after their official finishing time as nobody wanted them to stop. Definitely value for money and highly recommended."

"Nigel played at our wedding on the 9th December 2023 and I can honestly say when I look back out our day the music was one of the biggest highlights for me. From our very first contact right up until the big day Nigel’s communication was amazing, always prompt to reply and nothing was too much bother. Six weeks before our wedding we actually changed our wedding venue and I called Nigel in such a panic as I was stressed but he was so great at calming me down and reassuring me that everything would be okay, and he was right, it was just perfect. Everybody that came to the wedding complimented the music and I myself started crying the moment my song started playing as I was about to walk down the aisle, it sounded perfect. There was a specific part of the song that I wanted to enter to and Nigel managed to time it perfectly without compromising on the quality of the playing. In addition, I was sad that I didn’t get to hear any of the music played before my arrival but I didn’t need to fear, Nigel was kind enough to send me a beautifully put together set list of the music that was performed, this is something that I will treasure. Nigel also recorded many of the songs on his GoPro and promptly sent these recordings to me. To watch my guests arriving, seeing my husband nervous before I arrive and watching myself walk down the aisle was truly magical and I will look back on this videos for years to come. So to summarise, I would highly recommend booking Nigel for your wedding, you will not regret it. "

"Josh stepped in super last minute for our work summer party, thank you!! He was brilliant, he played loads of happy upbeat tunes and finished with the crowd pleasers, just what everyone needed after a free bar on a boat for 3 hours. I highly recommend him for any function and look forward to inviting him to perform at another one of our work parties :). "

"Luka and her accompanist Rod were delightful to have with us. They arrived punctually, were very friendly and obliging, Luka looked wonderful in her own handmade dress. Her voice was deep and attractive and her song list of cool jazz extensive. Rod’s guitar accompaniment was fitting. The two created a party atmosphere at our sit-down marquee dinner. Their charm was infectious and guests gave them a big applause after their ten minute spot at a higher volume. Although they had been willing to invite people to dance at the end of the evening, this didn’t happen but they didn’t force the issue while people were deep in conversation.. My husband and I heartily recommend Luka Watabe for her pre-party administrative efficiency and her musicianship."

"Matthew is an excellent bagpiper playing tunes that everyone recognised He arrived on time and rang my mobile at the front door as I had requested .. playing "The Flower of Scotland" he also advised me that this tune was suitable to play for a birthday as I wasn't sure !! Matthew is very likeable and helpful as well as being professional staying a full forty minutes that everybody enjoyed. When he had finished playing he answered all the questions about his tartan and how long he's been playing where he plays and where he's going! Staying for a drink and a chat along. Myself and some other family members will be followers of Matthew from now on! I would definitely recommend Matthew to others"

"JBMAC provided amazing music for my garden party. Nora can sing pretty much anything and has an outstanding voice. Josh was mesmerising on the drums and had everyone moving to the beat! In fact everyone was dancing and had a fabulous time - even the neighbours wanted more! Would thoroughly recommend them for any event as they take time to learn about your likes and customise the set in line with the event and your needs."

"Will spent the day with us at our December wedding and was amazing from start to finish, he honestly made the day so special for us and is really intwined in all of the favourite memories we share from the day. Everyone commented just how amazing he was, and it was lovely to watch our guests bobbing around to him whilst enjoying dinner! From first booking till after the event all communications with Will were speedy and friendly. He personalised our first dance song as per our request and also sung a few more songs that our special to us too :) would not hesitate to recommend him, and we have in fact to friends that our getting married in the coming year! 100/10 don’t hesitate!!! X"

"The band were absolutely spot on, everyone loved them. People said they’ve never danced as much at a wedding before. They put together two songs for our first dance and it went down an absolute treat. I hope they enjoyed themselves as much as we did. Absolutely recommend these guys to come play at your wedding. "
