"Well Helen and Lucy the response to your music even surprised me We had a families and friends hog roast meal at the Sitwell Hotel and booked the duo as light backing music while we where chatting and eating and drinking with our friends to get to now them before the wedding the next day, We wondered if it would work .well it sure did The girls done a wonderful job and a lot of adults complimented me on the way the girls played One comment was The music was so breath taking I just had to sit back a listen would I book them again .....A yes for sure 10 out of 10 felt like they where one of the group "

"Just a short note to say that Blackthorn we absolutely excellent !They played brilliantly and really connected well with the audience. All excellent musicians and great performers and were thouroughly enjoyed by all who came. Worth every penny ! I hope they will consider joining us again next year. "I wanted a live band to be playing as guests arrived at my daughters wedding reception. A band that could really set the scene and make people feel welcome, relaxed and valued. Boy did these guys deliver. Pitch and note perfect and could take it up a level when required. (They understand playing to a live audience) Would be happy to book them again for another event Great work guys"

"Well! Where do I start? Whisky & Ginger were just incredible. I cannot thank them enough. Every single song was exactly what the crowd wanted, and they even played some of our requests (sorry there were quite a few!). People are still talking about how good they were a week after our party. We would recommend anybody who is in two minds about booking to do so. Worth every penny. We’ll defo be booking again! Thank you thank you thank you!"
