"I found James while perusing for a live musician for a surprise 70th birthday party we were holding for our mum. From start to finish, James was communicative and kept me informed every step of the way. We welcomed mum in while James played a small DJ set, then he sang live. I was blown away by his talent and the hypnotic smoothness of his voice. He played a further set after a break and really got the crowd up and dancing. All in all, a highly talented musician and I commend anyone who can get to the high pitches of the Spice Girls :-) We had some of the guests round for breakfast for the following morning and they too were completely blown away by his talent. Thank you so much James, you are one of a kind and we will definitely be calling on you again! You made everyone’s night, but most importantly, you made my mum’s night."

"Dear Mick, Thank you very much to you and your band for playing at our barn dance (15th November 2025 Saturday The Claire Tiltman Centre, Gantry Place, Cotton Lane, Stone, Greenhithe, DA9 9FA}. All our guests had a wonderful time and most of them have said how good the band was and how clear and easy to follow the caller was. Mary managed to get even the most reluctant up and dancing with enough confidence to take part. We shall certainly recommend you, should anyone ask for your details. "If we could have our wedding again we would 100% pick The MonStars. They were absolutely amazing and made our night!!! The dance floor was packed and nobody wanted the last set to end!! If you are looking for a wedding band I would definitely recommend them! "

"Juniper were perfect for our drinks reception. My father-in-law loved the double bass ! Excellent and clear communication and they even arrived 15 minutes earlier to help make sure there was time for our catering! 5 stars "
