"Thank you Vinyl & Velvet for making a lovely 70th Birthday into something really special. We booked Vinyl & Velvet as a surprise at the end of a small afternoon birthday celebration for our friend. Vinyl & Velvet and her husband were very professional, arrived on time and set up really quickly (and quietly). The sound system was great - even without being able to do sound checks. Vinyl & Velvet was so lovely, a fantastic singer who clearly loves and knows a lot about the various music genres she performs. She made so much effort to find out what the birthday girl’s favourite songs were and created a fantastic set which was perfect. We all danced and sang along and Vinyl & Velvet was central to making this the most wonderful party we will all remember. "

"Very talented. Entertained our group for Christmas with a collection of pop and christmas songs. There were always more ladies than men dancing - must have been the Sax appeal. A good repertoire. Recommend."

"I booked Rob to perform at my wife’s surprise 50th birthday party, and he was the perfect choice from start to finish. He was incredibly accommodating, happy to tailor his set to exactly what we wanted. We were looking for more of a relaxed background atmosphere rather than a full performance, and Rob struck that balance perfectly. His voice is every bit as warm, relaxed and engaging as his personality. He has a real talent for creating the right ambience, and his guitar playing is effortless and beautifully understated. Despite being background music, our guests couldn’t help but comment on how fantastic he was, and his carefully chosen songs really helped make the party such a memorable success. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Rob to anyone looking for a talented, professional and genuinely lovely musician. He was a pleasure to work with and played a huge part in making the afternoon so special."

"The band were very flexible, having to cancel and rebook due to COVID. All communications were dealt with very promptly. The band and disco were excellent and they really kept the party going. Thank you!"

"I booked Sam for my mums 70th birthday meal and was so happy. From first contacting her she couldn't have been more responsive and helpful and she helped to suggest songs & timings. Her delivery at the party was wonderful and she got it perfect for the size of room. Everybody commented how good she was and how lovely it was to have a live singer!"

"Always a risk when choosing something 'sight unseen. What a surprise package Hollie Marie was! She vowed to get the party started and this she did and some. Great song choices (read the room), brilliant artist and completely engaged with our guests. We can neither thank her or recommend her enough." "They performed at our wedding, both in the church and during our drinks reception and we were completely blown away by them! We first heard the choir perform at a wedding open day and we instantly knew that we wanted them to be a part of our day! They were absolutely incredible and guests are still talking about them now! Thank you so much to Laura and the choir - it was such a special part of our wedding. Laura was extremely helpful in the run up to the wedding too. We would not hesitate to recommend this Gospel Choir to anyone. We will be keeping an eye out for any of their future performances!"
