"Chris was very professional and pleasant. He really took the time before our wedding to chat through all questions or preferences we had, he even had some suggestions of his own too which were very helpful for us. His music was really great and it helped to add to the atmosphere of the day and fitted in wonderfully with our countryside surroundings. We had a lot of non-Scot’s at our wedding, and so many of them loved the added touch of having a piper there! Chris played beautifully and his music added an extra special something to our day! Thank you Chris!"

"Absolutely fantastic band, great selection of music, very friendly and it felt like they were part of my family and friends, not just a band. Several of the party group have said the same, even one said "the best party they'd ever been too" 100% would recommend On The Note for any function. Thanks so much guys."

"What better way to spend an early Sunday evening in the local pub than listening to a fantastic local band, drinking quality local ales. At the Plough in Coldharbour, The Bilberries were a very accomplished trio, performing recognisable pop classics with a Celtic twist...trust me, it really works! A fine intoxicating mix of music and alcohol. Wouldn’t definitely recommend seeing/hearing the band.....and tasting the Tillingbourne Falls Gold!"

"Amazing from start to finish, easy to book and select preferred music... They actually listened and played what we loved (unlike the venue DJ) Art Gecko made our night amazing and were definitely the highlight. "We had the pleasure of working with The Ekoes at the Seagrown Party 2026, where JD Productions provided the full technical production, including sound, lighting, staging, and event support. From start to finish, the band were an absolute pleasure to work with. Their professionalism, communication, and flexibility throughout the event made everything run smoothly, and their performance was outstanding. They had the dance floor packed, created an incredible atmosphere, and received countless compliments from guests throughout the evening. The organisers were delighted with the band’s performance, and we’ve had numerous comments since the event about how fantastic they were. Their musicianship, energy, and interaction with the audience helped make the evening a huge success. As a production company, we work with many artists and bands, and The Ekoes were a joy to collaborate with. We would not hesitate to recommend them for private events, corporate functions, weddings, festivals, and parties, and we very much hope to work with them again in the future. "Having seen Tim play a few times in our local pub seeing how well he could read the room I was keen to book him for my mother’s birthday party. Tim changed his tempo to meet that of the garden party for the birthday celebrations. Tim played in the background whilst people arrived and were eating. After he was happy with taking requests and the guests were singing and dancing along. I would have no hesitation in recommending Tim for all manner of parties. He is easy to book, reliable and punctual. He can read the room knowing how and when to change the atmosphere. He certainly brought our party to life."

"Nassim , married on 13/09/2025 Voice of an angel!! I booked Katie as a surprise to sing at my wedding. We kept this hidden from My now husband for over a year and I can honestly say this was the best thing i did. Katie’s professionalism was great as she helped me choose the songs for guest arrival and we also discussed what part of the songs she should sing. Katie has the voice of an absolute angel and she really made my day special. Nothing calmed me down more than hearing her voice before walking up the aisle. Whenever I need a singer it will be Katie. Forever grateful for this amazing woman. Not just a supplier but a friend for life."

"Absolutely brilliant! Played at my daughter’s wedding last week at Goodwood Hotel and we have had so many positive comments about them. The type of music they played was great - so varied. Also they came outside with us after the ceremony so we could all still hear them while photos were being taken."
