"I would highly recommend Gordon to play at any kind of function, small or large. We hired Gordon to play at a private dinner function for my dads 60th birthday back in November 2017. My dad did not want a big party in a hall for his birthday, and instead hoped for something more intimate with his nearest and dearest. However knowing how much he loves a good dance and sing song, we wanted to make the occasion super special with some live musical entertainment. Hiring Gordon for the occasion did just that. Gordon was very flexible with timings and how long his sets would last. He quietly set up at the back of the function suite without any disturbance to the meal. He was very friendly and accommodating and played a mixture of classic 70’s and 80’s hits, as well as some recent chart toppers. There was something for everyone. Gordon has a great voice, which is further advanced by his sound and lighting systems, and his engaging charm. Everyone attending the function had a fantastic night, and felt that Gordon’s entertainment really made the night what it was. I would not hesitate to hire Gordon for any future events that I decide to host. Thanks again Gordon! "

"We heard Station2Station at a friends birthday, and knew straight away that we wanted them to play at our wedding. They were one of the first thing we booked once we had the venue set, and were accomodating with working around the other plans for our day. After introducing our first dance (Foo Fighters), they played a great set and our guests loved the live music. Great energy, and had everyone up and dancing. Would highly recommend them!"

"I would 100% recommend Keith, a fantastic piper and a lovely person. He piped at the Cornish Marathon 2024 in Pensilva, encouraging the runners at mile 3. The runners and spectator said it was a magical moment when they reached the top of the village heading out onto the moors to find Keith encouraging them. Many runners stopped to take photos. Thank you so much Keith for making our event so special."

"The Brewskis played at my Dad's 60th birthday party last night and were absolutely incredible! I would 100% recommend Half Cut to anyone looking to book a band who plays a variety of music and gets the crowd involved!"

"Martin proved to be he ideal entertainer for my 80th birthday. It was not meant to be a " dancing " evening and his repertoire was superb. He was very professional ( And very reasonable !!! ). Would recommend both him and you to interested parties"

"Livi kindly agreed to sign Pie Jesu at our wedding church service and it was honestly so incredible. I knew how amazing Livi was but absolutely loved seeing everyone’s faces drop in the church when she started singing, it was the most magical part of our day and had even my stoic emotionless family all in tears! Livi is incredibly talented and I couldn’t recommend her more! Xx"

"Chris and the team were fantastic, the set up was beautiful and they came on time. The stage was stunning I would definitely recommend this company, very polite and amazing customer service. Chris at Core Event really made a big effort to help me every step from helping with designs and sending photos to help create the look I wanted the stage was exactly what we wanted. "Soul Messengers were the highlight of my wife's 40th party, they were amazing! Filippo is a superb guitarist and Azu's voice and performance is second to none! They complement each other so well and really made it a night to remember. Without a doubt, I wouldn't hesitate to book them again or strongly recommend them for a wedding or party. Thank you Soul Messengers for the great evening and forever memories!!"

"Lisa played for our wedding last year and was absolutely outstanding. She made the day even more magical. Lisa was so easy to work with while giving us loads of helpful advice and meeting our every requirement. 4 couples who attended our wedding went on to book her for theirs and were every bit as happy. "I booked Partyzone for our PFA 'Band Night', feeling confident that they could satisfy a variety of ages and music tastes. However, I sold tickets to people who had a phlegmatic response to the idea of a 'band night' so was relying Partyzone to make it enjoyable everyone, and get what I thought may be a challenging audience, to let their hair down! Communication with Ben was great from the outset and the band arrived early to set up. They were familiar with the venue, set up and soundcheck were smooth. When the band began to play, my fears were allayed within the first 10 minutes as most people were up on their feet....within a couple more songs, I could only see 3 people sitting in the whole room. There was a plethora of variety and this excited everyone. Several people were 'popping in for an hour' but at the end of the evening were still there and chanting for more. At the post 'band night' meeting, all the feedback was great and everyone (if they could remember) had a great time. We are hoping to have another band night this year and I hope that we are able to book Partyzone again. If we do, I think we will have a much more enthusiastic response. Furthermore, I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking to hire a cool band. "

"Christa Hugo has played for us in our care home twice via Zoom. We have always had an amazing time. She is lovely with the residents, introducing all the music, sometimes asking a question or two. The residents truly feel part of the show, not just watching. There is plenty of singing and foot tapping going on! Christa, thank you so much. We are grateful that we have access to music like this in our home."

"Wow ! Jason played a wide selection of music at a Dementia care home in Sidcup , Kent on 13/12/24 where my mother is one of the residents. He is an accomplished , dedicated, experienced and pleasant Accordionist by far , with patience unending. His selection of tunes - including those of seasonal nature were so well received and most apt for his audience of residents’ relatives too. For him to also kindly play songs to each of the residents who were bed-bound on the day was something so very heartening and highly appreciated . Thank you most sincerely Jason you are a star 🏆! Highly recommended. "
