"We just wanted to say a massive thank you to you and all the band, and of course your caller. We absolutely loved hearing you all play again and it was wonderful seeing all of our friends and family enjoying the dancing and music. It is something we will never forget.  We’re sorry that we weren’t running to time on the day, but thank you for being so understanding and I hope you all managed to enjoy some cake and cheese whilst you were waiting to set up.  We will be keeping an eye out for any future dates in your diary and coming along to another ceilidh, think we’ve got the bug! "We had Soulful Solo Sax play for my husband’s 42 Birthday. He was fantastic and the guests were thrilled to have such a nice selection of hits playing on saxophone. Definitely recommended. "

Her grooving melodies had everyone up and dancing, creating such a lively and joyful atmosphere. She has an incredible talent for capturing attention just by strumming her guitar with artistic finesse, and the atmosphere she crafted was absolutely spectacular. "What an EPIC band and a great group of people! The wedding music is either an easy decision or quite frankly a complete nightmare for some. Being a musician myself, I found it difficult to decide between a number of excellent choices of bands. But having followed not only their professional videos, but those recorded on phones in numerous events, the The Line Up were the clear winners. They play all the hits as expected, ranging from the 60's to the present day, but their versatility was one of the biggest highlights for us. Our key song choices were of course included in their set, but being thoroughbred musicians, this band is able to interchange instruments and vocals among each other for whoever best suits a particular song. That's some impressive stuff! We cannot recommend this band highly enough for any occasion (especially weddings!). Their performance was of course the highlight of the day, but the communication between customer and manager for months prior the big day was equally as impressive. They were clear and concise, and prompt in answering all questions asked. All requests were honoured without question and the level of rapport and trust continued to build with every message. The only negative I can think of is that the experience has now ended....and maybe when they allowed my wife to sing! (Sorry dear!) Thanks again guys, you really made our day all the richer and we hope to see you again in some other event. "

"A very professional pair. Arrived on time and ready for action. Their two sets of 40's music was well sung and presented. What lifts them from a 9 out 10 to 10 out of 10 was the banter between the two singers within and between numbers. Terrific! ....in a good way... I would not hesitate to hire these ladies again."

"We very much enjoyed having The Blue Jewel Celidh Band at our Platinum Jubilee Hoe Down event. Marquee based. Fantastic, lively tunes and the caller made sure everyone was included and were able to follow. They played us off our feet! Much fun was had by all! Throughout the planning they were easily contactable and very accommodating. Highly recommended!"
