"Wow is the word. We had a vintage British seaside themed 30th wedding anniversary party for over 100 guest by Brighton Beach at the iconic BA 1360. Kit Packham and his brilliant band One Jump Ahead were outstanding from start to finish. We'd hired a group of swing dancers who got everybody dancing, regardless of ability! The band played everything we wanted from Glenn Miller to Aint Nobody Here But us Chickens. People just did not stop dancing! the finale New New York number resulted in 100 guests joining hands and all doing the high kicks. To say One Jump Ahead made our party go with a swing would be an understatement. I would also like to thank Kit and the band for their professionalism, time keeping and energy. Kit was so easy to deal with and the arrangements went so smoothly. I could not recommend them more highly. Book One Jump Ahead if you want your wedding / party to go with a swing!"

"Melody Avenue, you were awesome at my daughters wedding on 12th August. Such a professional outfit, even though we were running late, you were so considerate. The vocals were just out of this world, and guitar and drums just brilliant. You could literally have had the phone book on your playlist and you would make it sound good. The evening could not have been more perfect because of you. You created an incredible atmosphere and although some of our dance moves were questionable you were ‘instrumental’ (?) in creating memories for us to last a lifetime. Thank you so much. ❤️"

"We couldn't recommend Ellen enough! She was very helpful throughout our wedding planning and quick to reply which helped keep us calm in such a busy time in our lives. On the day of our wedding she set the day off perfectly with songs to welcome our guests, and the music played in our ceremony blew everyone away! She has an incredible, captivating voice, and all of our guests were moved by her and spoke about how great she was over the following days. She even took a request from our nephew which meant a lot to him! Thank you!! Ellen was amazing from the moment we started booking her! From quick replies to help with any queries we had, she always made us feel at ease. Through her knowledge and experience, Ellen helped us with things we didn't even realise we needed to think about. On the day of our wedding, she really set the day going from lovely music to welcome our guests, to the ceremony, and reception, she really had everyone entertained. All of our guests spoke so highly of her, they were blown away! Ellen even learned some songs for us, which meant a lot to our story together and really added to our overall experience on the day. The demos she sent us, we will cherish forever. We can't thank you enough for everything!"

"We wanted a 1940’s themed group to sing at our 90th anniversary party. The Dulcet Tones were the perfect singing duo. Made the evening perfect and were so friendly and professional. I would highly recommend them for your celebration or event. Absolutely fabulous "

"Hi Kevin, So I think our feet have finally touched ground after the wedding 5 weeks ago. We’ve just come back from our honeymoon in Mexico, so had lots to do and with jet lag too lol ? Anyway we just wanted to say a HUGE thankyou for the amazing job you did of playing the saxophone at our wedding..everybody loved it and it was made more special that you played ‘The girl from Ipanema’ that my Dad asked for and we got to dance to it together in the sunshine ☀️? "I attended the valentine's acton bowls club last night. Boy l am l am pleased l did. The group was superb as per usual! Music, songs were terrific. The whole crowd were up singing and dancing to their fantastic repertoire. They kindly accept requests and play away to their hearts content. They are a friendly bunch of lads too XXX I would have refused to leave if l hadn't been threatened to call the lads in blue! LOL"

"I have worked with Spud on many occasions over the years, most recently at the North Hop Festival in Aberdeen where Spud piped festival goers in to the venue and also opened and closed the festival. His piping is first-class, he looks impeccable and his easy-going humour and manner with people makes him an ideal addition to any type of event. You’ll have a hard time dragging him away from your guests - everyone wants a Spud Selfie! I can highly recommend him - Spud adds a touch of class and fun to proceedings every time. Ten out of ten."

"I couldn't be happier with the Capriccio Quartet. The pre-wedding communication was brilliant, and on the day they were just amazing. A lot of guests have said how much they enjoyed listening to the music, and it made our wedding service and drinks reception absolutely perfect. Thanks so much chaps!! "
