"We engaged House of Chords for our 50th Wedding Anniversary Party, and our expectations were exceeded. The whole professional, user-friendly process went smoothly from start to finish, starting with a playlist established beforehand by email/phone. The band have an impressive set of equipment, including a great lighting rig, and arrived promptly on schedule to set up and do sound checks. They produced a tight sound, with good harmony vocals, at just the right volume levels to suit the venue, – all obviously born from the many occasions they have played together. Their youthful enthusiasm was infectious, and much appreciated by us oldies."

"Not only were they fantastic but they were a really friendly group of guys and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone! If you’re thinking about booking this band don’t just think about it do it, because you won’t be disappointed. I’m just trying to think of events to plan so I can book them again!"

"Incredible band including brass instruments which added to the atmosphere. Fantastic singing and kept our guests entertained all night. Played a list of 90s music to dance to which all enjoyed. Thank you for a fantastic evening."

"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. "We cannot say enough good things about this band!! Fantastically skilled, wonderful musicians that created a warm, fun atmosphere from the moment they arrived at our venue. Every single one of our guests has commented since about how wonderful the music was and what a good job the caller Kip did of bringing everyone together and talking us through the steps in a relaxed but clear manner. The music the band played was varied and appropriately chosen for our style of wedding reception and EVERYBODY got involved and had a dance - the music really brought people together and created a wonderful atmosphere all evening. This band are amazing and excellent value for money, and we won't hesitate to hire them again at our next big gathering. Thank you so much Blue Jewel for giving us a magical evening, you were the cherry on our wedding cake!"
