"I had the pleasure of recording and filming the guys at their show in Middlesbrough last night. What a great bunch of guys. A real tight band, a brilliant set list that’s guaranteed to get you on the dance floor and Michelle, the lead singer is phenomenal. They made my job easy and not feel like a job at all. Thoroughly enjoyed them and would totally recommend anyone to go see them. "

"I booked Whisky & Ginger for my Gran and Grandad's wedding anniversary party and they were absolutely great! From our first interaction, they were super professional and really put my mind at ease with everything else I had to organise. I truly felt I could just leave them to get on with it and not have to worry. And I was right! They arrived on the day, set-up super quickly and super subtly. We were a bit delayed with our timings of other events during the day and they were so helpful and willing to adapt and delay what they had planned. They even took some last minute requests from us on the day and included them in their set which really made it special for my Gran as they were able to perform her favourite song. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone thinking about booking, they were totally professional, entertaining and fun!!!! Thank you again!!!!!"

Our family and friends and still talking about the day and how great the BM Ceilidh Band was. The atmosphere you created was just what we wanted and you were wonderful when the singer didn’t turn up. "We booked Funk it Up! for our wedding this summer & can not tell you how blown away we were by them. They were ALL absolute stars & Funk it Up! was easily the best part of our day - they brought 100% party vibes! They were an incredibly tight band; every member was an excellent musician & having been a bit of a fusspot about music building up to the day, I could not have been more chuffed. The dance floor was always packed out & the setlist did not let up! I lost count of the number of people who said to us afterwards how brilliant Funk it Up! had been, with the singer Ginger getting top marks from everybody for her showmanship and 10/10 bringing of the party throughout the set! If you want a proper old-school 70s/80s funk and soul band for your wedding or function, without the modern cliched Bruno Mars / Uptown Funk type stuff, then Funk it Up! is the band for you! Ginger was super helpful and communicative in the lead-up - she was able to add a trumpet player to the band's lineup to fill out the sound for us on the night & even kindly offered us the use of the band's PA for an hour at the end of the night after they'd finished playing. Do yourself a favour and book Funk it Up! We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them and you will NOT regret it."

I had so many comments from my guests saying how brilliant they though you were! So thank you so much all of you. I just got so caught up in the day and things happening it seemed to just pass so fast and before I knew it you had left! Again thank you all! "Motion Picture were absolutely amazing, the whole act was flawless! The music was tight, singing was fantastic and they set up so quickly and efficiently. They came to our wedding with a large number of musicians in attendance and everyone was so impressed we are still having people tell us now how great they were.
