"I booked Hetty & the jazz band for an Italian themed cocktail party for a pop up shop launch in London. They were flexible with numbers and budget for me (I only needed a 3 piece, not the traditional 5 piece group). They also had to play outside and we're very accommodating of that and brought their own speakers / soft music btw sets. So I didn't need to worry about anything music related on the evening which was a real relief. And they were great. They really lifted and helped make the party a huge success and were truly perfect for our event. I had them sing only Italian themed songs, but they would be wonderful at any style of jazz performance. Easy to work to work with and incredibly professional - I highly recommend. Sarah "

"These guys are so talented and the set they played was a perfect Britpop greatest hits! It's the first wedding I've been to where everybody danced the whole night and a lot of the credit for that has to go to The Original 90’s Britpop Experience. The guys were also really easy to deal with and learnt the song we requested for our first dance."

"We were lucky enough to have The Misfit Makers perform at our wedding, and we couldn’t have been happier. Their performance was incredible, and they created such a fun, lively atmosphere. They made sure to include all our favourite songs and even threw in some surprises for our guests. So many people commented on how great the band was. "

"The Blue Suede Shoes recently played at our wedding near Winchester. In the lead-up, the band were responsive, flexible and professional. They learned a song especially for our first dance, which was great. On the day The Blue Suede Shoes were fantastic: a funky style which got everyone moving. They really added to the occasion which would not have been the same without them."

"If you are thinking of hiring these guys, don't hesitate!!! They will MAKE your night. I can't recommend them enough. Lovely lads. Fantastic sets. Keep an eye on these lads, they are going far, had so much more to offer than other bands we looked at. So glad we booked them. "They were absolutely fantastic. The dance floor was full all night, and they interacted with guests so well. One of our nephews was invited on stage with them for a guitar solo which he LOVED and was such a nice touch. Can't recommend Straight Up enough. "

"Absolutely Stellar – Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz Made Our Wedding! If you’re looking for a wedding band that will truly bring the house down, look no further than Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz. From start to finish, they were nothing short of sensational! We had the five-piece band—singer, guitar, drums, bass, and saxophone—and every single musician was unbelievably talented. They had our guests on their feet all night, delivering perfectly crafted medleys and two electrifying 50-minute sets that blended nostalgia with pure party energy. The crowd was buzzing! A special shoutout to the incredible Mumager, Kirsty, who made the entire process seamless. She helped us curate the perfect setlist and even worked in a surprise rap section for the Groom and I to perform - Kanye West’s verse from American Boy. And just when we thought the night couldn’t get any better, Kiki took over as DJ. She struck the perfect balance between our pre-planned playlist, guest requests, and her own impeccable intuition, knowing exactly when to mix things up. Kiki and The Noughtie Boyz weren’t just a wedding band—they were the heart of our night. If you’re considering booking them, don’t hesitate. Everyone said how it was the best wedding they'd ever been to and that was completely down to the efforts of every one involved.
