"Right from our initial enquiry Alex and Jon were incredibly friendly, professional, and helpful. They asked lots of questions about what we wanted for our evening reception and even learnt our first dance song for us. Everyone was up on the dance floor straight away and had a fantastic time, there was music to suit everyone’s taste. Some of our relatives haven’t been up on a dance floor in decades but couldn’t resist getting up there once Alex and Jon started playing! Our friends and family all agreed that Lazy Marmalade were fantastic and we can’t thank them enough."

"I just wanted to say a huge thank you to you and to the band for Saturday night. I had anticipated the excitement, but what I hadn’t expected was the wonderful, joyous sound of the band, and what an effect it would have on everyone. The trumpet was so beautiful! It really was a special experience and better than I could have imagined. Laura was surprised and delighted and is still talking about it now. Please pass on a massive thank you to Franco and the band. And of course thanks for your patience and organisation!"

"We booked the Road Runners for our wedding in May 2020 but of course moved it to August 2021. They have been brilliant with communication before the wedding and on the day. They set up with ease. The band was just so brilliant. Everyone loved it and the energy they brought to the day was next to none. Every song was played to perfection. And the main singer ever came and sang with us as well! The main thing people have said to us since the wedding has been “who was the band, they were so brilliant”. If we ever have another big party, we will definitely be using them again! "

"We couldn't have asked for a better wedding band. They were recommended to us a month before the big day, when our original band cancelled. From the very beginning Anna was communicative, warm and professional, taking into account our ideas and putting us both at ease. Their repertoire is great; there was something for everyone and all of our guests commented on how wonderful the music was! They are a very talented group of musicians, even tailoring the tempo of the first dance song part way through to match our awkward dancing! They were flexible with timings and kept checking in on the night to make sure everything ran smoothly. Thanks to the band, it was an unforgettable wedding and we can't thank them enough. We would recommend them to anyone looking for a professional, friendly and talented band. Thank you so much!"

She was flexible in piecing together a quartet that suited our needs, and the atmosphere created by Sarah-Jane and her fellow musicians on the day was superb.
