"Incredible band! We had the 8-piece play at our wedding recently and they absolutely made our day. The dance floor was completely packed from first dance to last and we've lost count of how many of our guests have raved to us about them since. They were all both super talented musicians and brilliant performers - the horn section wandering into the dance floor went down a storm each time they did it. Every song they played was a banger and there was something in their set for everyone. Mark is a lovely guy and was super responsive and professional throughout, constantly going above and beyond to make sure we got exactly what we wanted. On the day, everything from their side went exactly as planned and they took our delayed timings completely in their stride. We cannot recommend them highly enough!"

"Just a quick note to thank you again for a fabulous performance on Saturday. The surprise element worked out really well and all our guests were still talking about you in the taxi on the way home. We sent a clip to my mum (huge opera fan) in South Africa and she was in tears listening to the aria! :-) Thanks again for looking beautiful, your songbird singing and 'can-do' approach at planning stage. "

"It's No' Reel Scottish Ceilidh Band are an extremely talented trio of musicians, they added fun and laughter to a fabulous day. Tom runs a smooth and professional business that eased the stress of wedding arrangements. They were also a great hit with guests, venue and photographer. "I recently had the pleasure of working with Edina to create a very special marriage proposal to my now fiancee. I am from the United States and it was a bit daunting to find a professional musician that could carry out my vision and communicate with me from over the pond! Edina was great from the first email, courteous and timely in reponse. She learned 3 new songs to perform for us and the vocalist that worked with her (Hettie) was great too. She also took special requests for a recording of the songs and champagne for us to toast. Edina and Hettie sat in the cold and waited for us to arrive at the proposal spot! And the performance was lovely, made us laugh and cry, and made the greatest moment completely surreal. I recommend working with Edina, she is a pleasure. "

"Well what a 40th.....!! Kitty Galactic were as awesome as ever and I can't thank the band enough for the ace way I started my 40th year! Everyone who attended was 'singing' the praises of how good 'Kitty Galactic' were. In fact, Matt the Landlord of the Globe Pub in Lympstone suggested they were, I quote, 'the best band he had ever had in his pub'.... I think he also mentioned to me that this party now holds record takings, beating new years eve, so I can only imagine the music added to that recording breaking feat! I highly recommend these guys for any party, wedding or celebration! Thanks Kitty Galactic.... you were great! "

"We hired Station 2 Station for our New Year’s Eve party, and they were incredible! From the moment they started, the energy was electric, and the dance floor was packed all night. Their setlist was perfect, mixing crowd favourites with high-energy hits. What really impressed us was how they interacted with the crowd and even agreed to play longer because everyone was having so much fun. If you want a band that will keep your guests dancing and create an unforgettable atmosphere, Station 2 Station is the way to go! Highly recommended!"

"As a wedding venue we get to listen to a huge range of bands with prices varying from £500-£5,000. Sadly price has nothing to do -or so it seems- with professionalism, personality and ability! Jolly Polly and the Pirates is very much at the bottom end of this price spectrum, but very, very much at the top of the performance ratings! To sum them up? They are musicians with really nice personalities who have great technical ability and understanding of sound, mixing and the audience. On bass guitar and vocals is Polly, who is probably one of the most energetic singers we have come across, with great variations, presence and depth. On lead guitar (and keys) Jon has great technical skills and enthusiasm for his role in the band, and on drums (and occasionally keys at the same time!!) a drummer who actually loves his drums - at last someone who realises drums are an instrument, not an object to take out your aggression on, perhaps that is down to his experience and talent. Individually they are great - as a band they are awesome! - Certainly at the top of our list and always hoped for! Alpheton Hall Barns - Historic Suffolk Wedding Venue "

Your professionalism, the music you chose for us, the way you managed to keep the dance floor full all evening all added to the success of the evening.
