"Had the Good Citizens play at our 25th Wedding anniversary party last night and what a performance they gave. Absolutely awesome. Our guests were blown away. "Thanks guys for creating the atmosphere at the party last week. It was such a difference to have some great quality live music which was both tasteful and sensitive enough to chat over but lively so that people got up and had a dance. Lots of my friends have been asking for more information about The Blue Suede Shoes and I’ll need you to keep the same date next year free so that you can play for me again!"

You were so good at gauging when to play what, and getting people back on the dance floor over and over again! A lot of the guests had never danced a ceilidh (as it was obvious! ?) and you managed to keep everybody on track, well done! "

"Wow! Just wow! Melica helped me out so much to organise a surprise engagement performance. We worked together to compile a playlist, the order, everything! She was easy to communicate with and the effort she made.. again wow. Melica was punctual and professional. I was surprised when she was setting up that she was also going to get changed into a dress which made me really happy that she wanted to make our day so special. My fiancé was so happy and shocked. She loved the performance and was surprised towards to end as to who the singer was because she was playing one of Melica's songs on repeat before. Seriously if you're looking for a soulful, beautiful singer, do not look any further than Melica. She will do everything to deliver what you want and extra. You will not regret it! Melica, we hope nothing but success for you and your career. We cannot wait for the time to come where you blow up massively, and we can say "yes, she sang for our engagement, we met her and now she's a big time star". Thank you for supporting us and our special day. We will never, ever, ever, forget how special this day was and what you did for us."

"It was a perfectly magical evening! The jazz quartet added the sophistication and Gatsby feel that was exactly what we hoped for! The music was relaxed and yet very danceable. The band couldn't have been easier to communicate with, they replied promptly, were enthusiastic to learn more about our specifications and delivered exactly what we wanted. Thank you so much The River Jazz Quartet!"

"We loved having Sarah perform here for our first 'Pride Night' since before Covid! She has a great voice and repertoire of songs to choose from, including the ability to request songs via Instagram message that works brilliantly! IF you're after someone to give a nice relaxed vibe whilst enjoying the moment then she's your gal! Certainly looking to book her in again soon!"

"Emily was brilliant from start to finish. She helped with the music selection (not being too sure what would be best) alongside agreeing to play a particular piece that we wanted, and it was just perfect for the occasion. Emily was a pleasure to speak with and even more of a pleasure to listen to! Simply beautiful. Thoroughly recommended - and put it this way, everyone was asking for her card so that says it all! I hope to work with her again on a more celebratory event."
