"I've seen this wonderful band play at a couple of events now and they are brilliant. Val's voice is the best in the business and she so easily 'nails it' in every genre. I'd recommend them to anyone wanting their guests up and dancing. They will give you a fun and memorable night."

"Thank you for Friday night! You guys were amazing, our guests all commented on how great you were and I'm sure you could tell by how many were on the dancefloor. Highlight of the night had to be leading the conga through the De Grey Rooms, though not sure how well the video worked out, I'm a beginner with a selfie stick!!! Thanks so much for helping to make it a night to remember."

"These guys are fantastic!!! We have a wide range of ages at our marina and they played music to suit everyone!! Literally everyone was up dancing all afternoon. Such a good fun afternoon with a fabulous atmosphere that was mostly created by Ben & Albert! We have already booked them for next year and we can’t wait to see them again!! If you want your party to get going then book these guys as they are terrific!!!"

"Thank you for performing at my 50th Birthday Party on Saturday. With all events - we were a little worried - but clearly had no need to be. All went smoothly and you were an excellent addition to our celebrations. You both really made the night - and a large number of people commented on how good you were...you were fantastic! "Afternoon Ben, By all accounts a great time was had by all. Especially Nula, she really enjoyed the evening and thought you guys were absolutely brilliant. "We booked Shakers Gold for our wedding celebrations after watching their promo video & we are so pleased we did, they exceeded all expectations. They really started the party, getting young and old up dancing within minutes of playing. They performed our first dance song wonderfully. Many guests have passed comment on how great the band were throughout the evening & the dance floor was never empty.The band were discreet in setting up/down & were really responsive to all communication beforehand. We all had a fantastic time and can’t thank Shakers Gold enough! Now looking for an excuse to have you play again!! Thanks again, and we’ll be sure to follow you and come and see you play in the future"

"We just wanted to say an enormous THANK YOU to you and Alex for the fantastic set you did on Saturday at Ben’s 40’s Themed 40th Birthday Party! You were so friendly and helpful that many of the guests assumed you were friends of Ben’s. Well you are now! Your voices and Alex’s guitar playing were really lovely and the choice of songs was spot on. I really appreciated the way you took charge of any announcements and navigated the events during the evening without ever taking over, so that it took away any stress from us. Thanks also for enabling Izzy to use the backing tracks so that she could sing some special songs for Ben .You both really helped to make the evening such an enjoyable event for all involved. Lots of people commented on the music and wanted to know who you were, and the staff at the venue said how much they had enjoyed the music and the atmosphere it created. I know Ben will be in touch with you soon, but once again thank you both so much again for helping to make the event ‘go with a swing’ so that we all had a really lovely evening.
