"Thames Valley String Quartet performed at our wedding on Saturday 4th May 2019 in Shrewsbury and we couldn’t be happier! They played as our guests arrived, the ceremony and reception drinks. From the initial enquiry we were extremely happy with the personal service we received from Kathryn, responses were helpful and quick - even when we were delayed ourselves. We took a while to decide on our song choices, but Kathryn and the rest of the group were very accommodating and played a huge range of styles for us, from a suggestion from the grooms grandad to learning a song especially for the groom (Final Fantasy sound track) which he absolutely loved for before the ceremony. On to classical and modern pop for the rest. Even though the sun was shining the air was cold being an outdoor ceremony but they all played through it like troopers to enable us to have our dream ceremony. Once again, a huge thank you to all of you in Thames Valley String Quartet for making the journey to be a part of our wedding day, both the two of us and our guests LOVED having you there and listening to you play. We highly recommend booking with Thames Valley String Quartet for any event with their diverse repertoire, skills and great personal service. Thank you again! "

"This isn't even biased because they were our wedding band - House of Chords are THE BEST!! The response to them on the evening from our guests, as well as the feedback we've had, was phenomenal!! We're a month down the line and I still have friends and family reaching out to either comment on how much the band rocked, or to ask for their details! There was a full dance floor all night, literally! Such a great selection of songs, building up the momentum throughout the evening to an amazing final set and send-off! Our first dance wasn't on their repertoire but they still absolutely smashed it which set the night off perfectly! Just amazing, I can't really put it in to words, but thank you Mike, Andy, Ant & Ric for being the most amazing wedding band and making our reception the absolute best it could have been! Better than we could have ever dreamt of! I would not hesitate to recommend them - if you're thinking of booking, do it now!! You will not regret it!"

"You have to book these guys!! The True Colours really do love what they do and have a genuine passion for live music. They were amazing! From two piece acoustic, right through to four piece electric and DJ! We had them for the whole day and we are so glad we did, there music was perfect for the whole day and we will definitely be contacting them again! Thank you so much! "We first saw Steph perform at a friends 30th birthday celebration. We were so impressed by her voice and diversity of song selection that we immediately asked her if she’d sing at our wedding. Steph performed a beautiful set at our wedding ceremony and then a more uptempo set at the reception. We picked out our favourite songs (from The Cure to Drake to Christmas songs) and Steph performed them uniquely and in a very cool style. All of our guests were very impressed. We cannot of imagined our wedding without her. We highly recommend her!"

"An excellent band. Very personable and kept in touch all the way up to the date trying to make sure that we were happy. They even tried to play songs not on their set list for us! They did an acoustic set during the wedding breakfast, which made the whole meal relaxing and highly enjoyable. During the evening they set up quickly and went from an acoustic duo to a full electric three piece with drum kit. The sound and music was great and exactly what was required. All of our guests enjoyed it and they even got some of the non-dancers up on their feet! We highly recommend them. James and Jenny."
