"I saw them live some time ago and decided that they created the kind of atmosphere I wanted for my party. Once I made contact the communication was excellent and everything just went so smoothly from the initial booking to the final sound check. On the night they did not disappoint, playing an awesome set that really made the party. It was everything I hoped it would be and I would highly recommend them."

"We initially weren’t sure we wanted a band at our wedding, but after hearing Funky Friday at a friend’s wedding and seeing how much more fun it made the dancing, we were so impressed we had to have them. A huge range of songs that everyone loves and they even sent us audio so we could practice our first dance to it! Everyone at our wedding was talking about how good they were, and in hindsight we are so glad we booked them. Happy to recommend the band to anyone for weddings, parties, events, etc., you won’t regret it!"

"From Ben's first contact three weeks before the date to the day itself, we couldn't have been happier with our decision to book The Blue Suede Shoes. They were professional, prompt, polite, very friendly and above all played great music! They set the tone perfectly for the laid back, fun evening we'd hoped for. "These guys are awesome! I hired The Brewskis for my Celebrity night to play for Kerry Katona. These guys were awesome on the night and got everyone up singing and dancing. They came highly recommended from a close work colleague in the events industry who’d seen them before at an event in Nottingham and they didn’t disappoint! The icing on the cake was that they actually sang ‘Whole again’ by Kerry Katona who was in Atomic Kitten which was completely unscripted on the night and she got up and sang her song with them as well as myself. Unbelievable memory, we will be having them back from now on for my celebrity events!"

"We're really pleased we chose The Band to perform at our wedding reception at Kings Weston House. They were full of energy and enthusiasm, and the choice of songs went down well with all our guests! Chris and the band were polite, professional and flexible. It was also convenient that the band were familiar with the venue. We would highly recommend them!"
