" Davie, I just wanted to contact you to say, ‘thank you VERY much, indeed’ to you and your band members for performing last Friday evening at the annual Grange Dyvours Tennis Club ‘Snow Ball’ and making it the tremendous success that it was. I have been to many weddings, ceilidhs and parties over the years and danced to many bands and I can tell you, without a shadow of a doubt, that ‘The Shooglers’ stand head and shoulders above the rest. Who would have thought that weaving in Pink Floyd and Deep Purple tracks in the middle of a Dashing White Sergeant would have worked but it did! You were an absolute pleasure to deal with, before our event; you all drove a considerable distance to arrive, at exactly the time requested, to set up all your equipment then, after our dinner, you returned to put on the most amazing performance. Some of our (non-Scottish) members had never danced some of the dances before but you made sure to talk everyone through what was expected, as a warm up, before the mayhem began. My face was sore laughing, at the end of some of those dances. Just brilliant. Our ‘Snow Ball’ on Friday evening was an astounding success and we have you to thank for that. Absolutely first class. P.s. Also, thanks for taking our booking for our ball, next Christmas. I wanted to get in quick to secure you as I know how much in demand you are! "

" Just wanted to email to say a huge thank u for the amazing entertainment you provided at my 40th party. You were so fantastic and entertained everyone so well. You professionally arrived, set up and read the crowd during the evening brilliantly. I have received so many lovely comments about how amazing you were and how my friends haven’t danced so much in years!! A few friends were very achy the next day from exerting themselves on the dance floor!! The other thing I wanted to say a huge thank you for, was being so kind to my boys, especially Freddie. You made his year by letting him put his guitar near yours on a stand and for letting him join in. He hasn’t stopped grinning since the party. It was a very special moment for me and my friends to watch him playing with you. Thank you so much for allowing him to join in. It made the evening so memorable. The playlist you chose and played worked so well and allowed myself and my guests to have one of the best evenings I can remember. "They was at Churston Golf Club on Friday 6th of May 2018, WOW! I'm a big Debbie Harry & Blondie fan and I love my ska & reggae music so was a big deal for me and I was not disappointed, they were brilliant, after just one song early in the evening they had the dance floor filled all night, sounded like Blondie too, they did songs from the Specials, Madness ,The Beat, even did an Oasis cover and many more, great entertainment, great value as they did over their time as well as everyone was shouting more, can't recommend them highly enough, they will definitely be at Churston Golf Club in Devon again. Thanks guys for a brilliant night, also played tracks from their CD on Sunday morning on my radio show. Steve ( THE Cockney Rebel) Finch"

"The Session Band were absolutely incredible at our wedding! We had Ceri and Cam play acoustic guitars during the ceremony and the full band in the evening, and what a party it was! We sang, we danced, we laughed, we loved this band! Every member is so talented and brought such amazing energy and fun, which really added to our celebrations! Thank you for giving our day that extra sparkle, you are all truly amazing people!"

"I booked Ian and the band for a surprise 30th birthday. The communication leading up to the event was fantastic, Ian couldn’t do enough to make sure everything was clear, explain how things would work and was even extra accommodating when I decided to change the venue a couple of times. The band learnt a special song, managed all the guests so the surprise was a success and made the atmosphere so positive and energetic for the whole night, always adding personal touches to make us all feel really special. Everything about booking and the lead up to the event was made so easy and enjoyable, and the night couldn’t have gone better. The band are happy to work with any space to make the experience the best it can be, as well as accommodating music choices, requests where possible and getting involved in bespoke elements of events and I couldn’t recommend them highly enough!! Thank you!!!"
