"We booked Sounds Interesting around 6 weeks before our wedding as a last minute idea. We had only viewed the video clip on the website and so were a little apprehensive about how it would pan out on the day. However, we need not have worried. The quartet were fantastic. The songs we had chosen were even better than we had imagined. As I (the bride) was a little late to the venue, the quartet ended up playing a couple more songs than planned. They were excellent and really added that extra something to our ceremony, making it personal and unique to us. Worth every penny! "

"After deciding to hire a string quartet for our wedding we searched around for the perfect match and came across Flux Ensemble. From our first interaction Martin was so helpful and answered all of our questions promptly - even offering to try and tie in with the dress code and colour theme on the day which such a thoughtful touch. My fiancé and I were able to look through the extensive repertoire and select our own songs for the ceremony and drinks reception - we were spoiled for choice. When it came around to our wedding, from start to finish the music was absolutely perfect and really completed and made our day. We’ve had no end of guests tell us since how unique it was to have Flux Ensemble there and how truly special it made the wedding ceremony and reception. We are so grateful to Martin, Natalee, Sandy and Natalie and hopefully we can find another occasion to book them again soon."

"The Wigornia String Quartet performed beautifully at my wedding last month. I was very happy with the songs that they performed and how I could choose the songs that I wanted for my walk down the aisle, registry signing and exit. They knew a good balance of classic and modern songs. I'd 100% recommend! All of my guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance."

"Aphrodite Strings played at our wedding in August 2013. They performed in the church whilst guests arrived, as I walked down the aisle, during the signing of the registers and as the wedding party left the church. They also played at our wedding reception afterwards. I can honestly say that having them perform on our 'big day' was a brilliant decision, they are very talented musicians and helped us create the 'tasteful' occasion we had hoped for. From the moment we met Antonia she was extremely helpful, accommodating and nothing was too much trouble for her, even though we requested some pieces outside their usual repertoire! We would thoroughly recommend Aphrodite Strings to anyone thinking of having live music at their wedding or other occasion and I can't thank them enough for making our day so special - they really are superb performers and lovely people too. "We booked 440 Quartet for our wedding to play at both the church ceremony and garden party reception in July 2017 and I can honestly say they were one of our favourite parts of the day. They were professional throughout, arrived in plenty of time and played the most stunning music! The playlist we provided in advance was interpreted beautifully and a number of guests commented on the day and since on how amazing they were. Could not recommend 440 Quartet highly enough, thank you so much for making our wedding that bit more special!!"

"Dear Anne, Just wanted to say thank you for the music at our Golden wedding/birthday party on board the Sabrina on 10th July. Your choice of music was very good with something for everybody. I’m sorry you had to play in such cramped conditions, but it was lovely to have you there - really lifted the spirits. Everyone thoroughly enjoyed themselves, and thankfully the weather was kind to us and didn’t rain until it was time to go home. thanks once again, We did enjoy it, and courtesy of the recording made by my youngest grandson, can listen again to your lovely playing of Elgar's "salut d'amour' any time we like - the sound is good on the recording, though the picture leaves something to be desired. "I just wanted to say a massive Thank You for our wedding music. It was everything we could have hoped for and we received so many lovely compliments about yourselves, how you played and the music selection. People also commented on the pleasant ambience whilst we were having the wedding breakfast and that the music complimented rather overawed the atmosphere. It was a well selected and appropriate variety of tunes, which suited all ages. "Matthew and I wanted to say a big thank you to you and all of the Ariana String Quartet for your beautiful playing at our wedding on 8th July. It brought a tear to my eye as I was waiting to walk down the aisle and the opening of the second movement of the emperor concerto started, and the timing worked out perfectly! We had lots of comments on the day about how good your playing was, and how seamlessly you moved around the venue! My husband the Beethoven fan was extremely happy, as was his sister who is a huge fan of Mozart - apparently your selections before the ceremony made her very happy!"
