"I have attended The Groove Primitive performances a few times through out the past few years, most notabaly at BarLove Portobello & Room 43 Lavender Hill. Thay are a superb collective of musicians led by Eddie Abdullah. The play funk, soul, jazz, groove & reggae, creating an amazing dance-inspired groove. Unique arrangements abound along with Eddie's own fresh, inventive ideas. Sublime vocals are also prominent and they interact with audience in a very personal, inclusive way. Very highly recommended! 10/10"

"My wife and I hired Glorious Grooves for our wedding. We trawled pretty much every website and listened to samples of many bands and felt that from what we heard from the group over the net was the best sound and take on the type of music we wanted for our big day. We were not disappointed. The band set up with absolutely no fuss and we completely flexible both before the wedding in terms of the sets they would play and also on the evening when a few things had overrun. From the start the music was fantastic - and everyone at the wedding and indeed afterwards were asking how we found the band and commented on how good they were. The guys are also all really nice people and had a quick beer with us after their set and helped make the whole experience a perfect one for our big day. I would without hesitation recommend the band to anyone- and finally get to thank them properly for a great set!!"

"Jimmy and his band played for us at a joint 18th and 21st birthday party. From the very first contact, to the last song, we couldn't fault them. Communication was excellent, they played all our chosen songs, interacted with the guests, played some requests on the night and read the room to perfection. We wouldn't hesitate to use them again and recommend them to anyone looking for a great party band. Thanks Jimmy and co!"

A real tight band, a brilliant set list that’s guaranteed to get you on the dance floor and Michelle, the lead singer is phenomenal. They made my job easy and not feel like a job at all. "The Ruby's played at our wedding back in September and I cannot speak highly enough of these lovely and talented dudes. From the very beginning they made the whole process all about what we wanted from the evening - Dan made us feel so comfortable with making the set list truly personal to us. Obviously we were already having an awesome time, but The Ruby's turned it up to an 11. They brought all our friends and family together on the dance floor and honestly gave us some incredible moments that I'll remember forever. They alone made our wedding one for the ages. Book them and it'll be the best decision you make whilst planning your wedding."
