"Jay played at my wedding from when the ceremony finished and also at my wedding breakfast, I got married two months ago and still all my guests are talking about is how fantastic Jay was, his motivation, creativity and emotion worked amazing with all the guests from all walks of life and he managed to judge them well to what he should or shouldn’t do around them. Not one person had a bad word to say about Jay i can honestly say he is a wonderful performer and an extremely nice person to deal with, any other event i may have in the future he will be my first point of call. A Class act! "

"Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio – Vincent McLaughlin’s Birthday Ceilidh – November 2025 We had a lovely evening which was made possible by the brilliance of the Black Velvet Band Ceilidh Trio. Everyone thought their musicianship was excellent and the caller was very good at helping get people dancing. From young to old everyone had a great evening."

"I recently went to see Green St. Trio at Bar 58, Acklam Village in Portobello Road with a friend. They played two very accomplished sets of jazz and contemporary music which we both really enjoyed. Some people were even dancing. More please! "

"Kirsty was fantastic from start to finish! She made the whole process from booking, to planning, to the actual night itself seamless and she really put us at ease. There was a great mix of music catering to all sorts of different tastes, but Kirsty also did a great job at reading the room and catering to those on the dance floor too. Thank you so much!"

"The Soul Way! You were FANTASTIC at our wedding! From the impact of the very first moment you started playing, right to the end, the dance floor was full. Thank you so much for making such a party. Your rapport with each other and of course the sound you make is brilliant and I could've gone on all night. Our guests absolutely loved you too. "I'd just like to say a HUGE thank you to Michael and the band for performing at our special Anniversary Ceilidh in Bristol last month. Everyone had so much fun, I'm definitely glad that we found a real Scottish Ceilidh band. The calling was especially good as we had rather a few newbies to Ceilidh's, the gradual increase of pace was just perfect."

"Mira K Duo were sensational at our music festival wedding! They played a tricky late afternoon/early evening time and absolutely nailed it! They got the balance just right and had the guests dancing throughout. We asked for quite a country-style set and they delivered, with beautiful voices accompanied by two guitars, it was absolutely perfect for the vibe of our wedding. They even learned Chicken Fried for us which was amazing!!! So many people have commented on how much they enjoyed the set, and it really set the vibe up for the rest of the evening. THANK YOU Mira K Duo for being such a huge part of our festival day and making it so amazing! "
