"We booked the Hot Hats for our wedding party because we had seen them perform 4 years previously (when we were in the early stages of dating) and had enjoyed their performance so much that we jokingly said that we would book them for our wedding. So, 4 years later we did! And they certainly didn’t let us down. The Hot Hats were quite simply brilliant and exactly what we needed, and wanted, for our Wedding evening party. We had a small group of guests of mixed age and all were captivated by the band. Our big worry was that some of the guests would drift off to the quieter parts of the venue and no one would dance. But we needn’t have worried as the boys had their attention and had everyone up and dancing from the start. They performed modern takes on songs from a range of era’s and interspersed this with fun and charming banter. It was the perfect end to a perfect day. Communication from the point of my initial enquiry was good, they arrived nice an early to be ready to start on time. In between their 3 live sets, they also provided an appropriate playlist of music (and first dance song) to keep the evening flowing. We cannot recommend them enough – and nor can our guests based on the many positive comments we received afterwards from them."

"Having recently been involved in organising a big birthday for one of our family members, I can wholeheartedly recommend Soul'N'Funk. Our party was a great success and a large part of that was down to the great music provided by the band and DJ service. This is a large band of very accomplished musicians with great arrangements and showmanship thank you Soul'N'Funk."

"I just wanted to send you a quick email to say we had a rip roaring old night at the Burns Supper last night and the band loved it themselves! We had a packed dance floor all night although it was a form of disorganised chaos for the most part but everyone had the time of their lives and are mad keen to come again!"

"Well all me and my wife and our friends and family can say is WOW. We booked these guys for our wedding party and they didn't let us down. I asked Gavin the lead singer of he could help me surprise my wife by me singing a song to her with the band and went for rehearsals with the band. So luckly for me I got to see behind the scenes of the band. They are simply the most professional and high perfectionists in everything they do on stage and in rehearsals in getting their performance right. As for their performance on the night, they had everyone jumping and dancing as well as getting involved with the crowd they truly were EPIC. They MADE our wedding party FACT. If you want a band for a party or event seriously look no further as EVERY single person who came to our party has said how amazing the band was. The phrase 'best party band in the south' doesn't represent them correctly ..as they are truly 'the greatest party on planet earth'"

"The best birthday surprise possible! I knew my husband was going to organise something special as he always likes to go all our but this was the icing on the cake! The band even performed a special coldplay song at his request for me! I feel like a very lucky lady! "

"Wanted to say thank you so much to you and the rest of the band for Saturday. We are so pleased we chose you to play at our wedding - you were absolutely brilliant. I love the fact we managed to sneak in a dance together before the rest of the guests made it to the dancefloor. That was a lovely a really memorable moment for us. "We booked Evelyn and the band for our wedding and we are so glad we did, they are a unique and highly entertaining band. Their contemporary mix of jazz, swing and modern pop rock is wonderful to listen to and it really got our guests up and dancing. Alba has a beautiful voice and the whole band is made up of highly professional and talented musicians. The addition of the saxophone was well worth it and added a further dimension to the already great sound and feel of the music. The band offered to learn a first dance song for us and their cover of Home was fantastic! All in all Evelyn and band made what was already an incredible weekend even better, we would wholeheartedly recommend them for any occasion and wish them all the success for the future."

"Talisha and the team at Karizma were wonderful from the point of booking. They learnt our first dance song that was not in the rep and were so adaptable and helpful when we requested certain songs. They were so professional on the day, and were also so lovely! We had Talisha and Chris play for our reception drinks. It was so relaxing and created a great vibe! We went for the 6 piece band with the saxophone and we were so glad we did! The sound was amazing! All our guests loved the band and the song choices. We highly recommend Karizma!"
