Review Centre: 1970s & 80s Style Bands

"I saw the girls play in a pub in Hampton and I didn’t know what to expect…they completely blew my mind! As a proffessional musician I can be quite picky about bands, especially function ones; they left me speechless! Two long sets with smooth transitions, amazing arrangements and perfect harmonies. With their incredible grooves (and stamina) they made the whole crowd dance non-stop until the end, I’ve never seen a pub audience ask for two encores this loudly! Absolutely worth a watch, I won’t hesitate to contact them for any event."

"Groove Central were incredible! Such an awesome bunch of talented people and every single one of our guests were up on the dance floor busting their best moves all night long! We did not want the party to end, they were totally awesome and the best band we could ever have hoped to have. They raised the roof and blew us all away. We want another party now just so Groove Central can come too! We love them! "

"Your repertoire of music was exactly as we requested. To please such a wide age range from 10 year old to 80 year old is some achievement. You also managed to include some songs that Bob and I requested !!! Lots of our friends and family commented on how they enjoyed the music. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend you. "We had The Pharaoh's sing at our wedding reception in the garden, they were AMAZING. We had loads of great comments and other friends asking for her contact details. We even requested various songs that she didn't do, which were special to us and really made the day. Got to say "you've got the love " was just bloody brilliant.."

"The band were absolutely amazing, we could not have hoped for them to be as good as they were! The first dance song was perfect and they even learned one of our favorite songs for our 'second dance'. Everyone was great, but the lead singers were especially brilliant, their voices were stunning. Highly recommended."
