"You and your band were absolutely fantastic, they had a great Cuban vibe that gave the party the feeling we were shooting for. The band were really professional and very friendly and I'm glad they got join in with the festivities! I especially enjoyed the mid set wardrobe change. "We booked The Fireflies for our wedding in September 2024. Ian (the lead singer) was excellent at communicating throughout and made the whole build up and overall experience so easy and relaxed. Then there was the performance from this amazing party band. They sound great together. Bags of charisma and character from the whole band. An excellent vocal from Ian on lead, who himself is a wonderful showman who got in and amongst our guests making it a super fun immersive experience for all of them. The band also came with a lovely lighting rig which really bought their sets to life. In short we cannot recommend the Fireflies anymore! Go book them for your wedding now!"

"Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.."

"We hired GG and The Soul Swingers in celebration of Black History Month. They did not disappoint. The music was fantastic, very lively and Gloria is a very talented lady. She has a beautiful voice. I will no doubt be booking them for future events. "

"The BHV (group of 4 musicians) played at a 50th birthday party held outside on a pub terrace. They were excellent and pitched the songs perfectly for the location and ambience of the event. There was great communication beforehand, and on the night they took care of everything, knowing we would be busy with guests - they both set up with no fuss and packed up quickly and unobtrusively at the end of the evening. Guests commented on how good they were, including one friend who is a saxophonist himself and plays in a band! I would definitely recommend them."

"I shared my retirement party with Alison and agree with all of her positive comments. One friend said "I had a fantastic time and even managed with my two left feet to join in!" It was exactly what I wanted, an evening full of fun with everybody mingling and joining in together. I would highly recommend 'Blue Jewel' if you want a lively and energetic night. Anna"

"What can we say but the most enormous THANKYOU for a wonderful evening on the 25th! You made our wedding reception utterly wonderful and so many of our guests have said how much they enjoyed the evening and the music. My 93 year old grandmother refused to leave until the end and her feet were tapping all evening....she even joined in the last dance and that has to be credit to you. One table of guests had never been to a ceilidh before and said how much fun it was. You already have a couple of photo share recommendations on Facebook! I didn't get chance to speak to anyone directly as it was all a bit mental on the night but I really appreciated your professionalism and hard work. I hope you got chance to have some food....I did ask the team to reserve some! Be assured we will be booking you for our next ceilidh."
