"Absolutely fantastic band! Very professional in terms of contact and organisation before our event. Fabulous sound , really understood the guests and responded accordingly! Absolutely made our evening wedding reception go with a bang with so many guests commenting about how fabulous they were - and believe me they are not easily impressed! Highly recommend- no nerves or stress just a fab band !!!"

"I cannot thank you enough for you and your band at my mums birthday party, it really was the best night we have had in ages. The effort by all of you far exceeded any expectation I had, never lone anyone else in the room. You didn’t just provide a band for the night, you all provided the entertainment, fun factor, the laughing (the workout!) and provided exactly and way more then I ever expected. The music was wonderful, jolly, filled gaps , catered to everyone’s ears from ages 2 - 80+ years! You made it easy to follow the dance steps and fun for absolutely everyone, whether they were dancing or just listening to the music. I absolutely wouldn’t hesitate to recommend you to anyone or use you all again in a heartbeat. So thank you, thank you, thank you, thank you for providing one element that made the whole night. "We hired the Cheers for a summer party in our garden for my husband's 40th birthday. What a great find! They were so professional and pleasant. We thought they were fab and most, if not all, of our guests complimented them. They judged the mood really well and played some really great background and dance music - perfect for our occasion. "Solid Gold were the band I chose for my 70th birthday party. They responded immediately to my initial requests and communication was excellent throughout the process. In the day they arrived early despite quite a long journey to get to our corner of Kent, and began setting up immediately. They are a talented and amiable bunch of excellent professional musicians who provided us with two brilliant one hour sets of music we’d agreed in advance, ranging from 50’s classics through to up to date popular bangers. This is their true strength; an ability to cover any kind of music to match the occasion. I cannot recommend Solid Gold highly enough, they’re a pleasure to deal with and provided a superb musical backdrop to my special evening. Thanks again guys!"
