"Gareth was brilliant for our wedding. He emailed all the options and took the time to come and meet for coffee and discuss further. We really appreciated his considerable experience and that he took the time to come and get to know a little bit about us. He helped us choose the wedding songs and hymns and suggested where to place them in the service. He also proof read our order of service prior to printing. On the day the music was more than we could have ever wished for and lovely, energetic hymns. "Gareth accompanied me at 24 hours' notice when my accompanist dropped out. With only 30mins' rehearsal he reassured me and gave me confidence to do the exam when I nearly pulled out His musicianship is outstanding and he thoroughly understood the pieces and played superbly I achieved a distinction when I didn't think I was going to pass He is also a truly lovely guy and it is totally down to him that I have decided to continue. "I still remember the day I first met him at church, when he stood in for our organist and played the most incredible piece. Since then he has shown me the widest repertoire i have ever seen! He can play almost anything you can think of. He also has done many things like helping me pass my grade 5 bass exam with distinction and get grade 5 theory over with, to helping me get a scholarship. Gareth is an amazing man with an unforgettable personality. His arrangements are always amazing and his compositions even more so. I will never forget the jazz rendition of Für Elise he wrote for my thirteenth. He is an fantastic man and i would never hesitate to recommend him to anyone."

"Des played at a garden party we had last week. He brought with him a bass player and together they were absolutely perfect, playing their choice of smooth, popular jazz. The music was beautifully delivered and they made such a great accompaniment to the party, the ideal background music to create a warm and swinging atmosphere and a few people couldn't resist a dance. We all loved it, young and old. Des was also highly organised, professional and conscientious. Superb, I would highly recommend Des."

"We were really impressed with Des. He had come via recommendation from a family member and he even exceeded the superlative reviews I'd received! Des is an excellent live performer with a great blend of smooth jazz, classical and so on producing a seamless hour of entertainment delights. Des provides a great service. Reasonably priced and very willing to accommodate the client's needs. He came with his own equipment and is prepared for any occasion. He's well worth a booking."
