"First of all thank you so much for the amazing job that you did at the wedding! It was an absolute delight to have such a lovely welcome and all the guests loved the music. I have several lovely photos, most of which have not been transferred to my computer, but will be in the next few weeks. When you played Cock of the North for us to walk into the reception I realised that I had heard my father singing that song with some very irreverent words that he had learnt in the war!"

"Sam piped for us at our fundraising event last Saturday. A confident polite and smart young man. Through out the evening I had countless comments from the attendees about his skills on the pipes. He piped us to our venue and his partner kindly took photos for us as we marched behind to the tune The Barren Rocks of Aden. Thank you for making our event so special."

"Earlier this year Sam played as the piper for a charity Burns night. He began the evening by piping guests in to the building and then continued to pipe throughout the evening including with the top table and during thr address to the haggis. Sam's piping skills set the tone for the evening and made everyones night enjoyable. He was very professional and made time to interact with the guests, further improving our experience. Thank you Sam I would recommend you for anyone who is looking for a friendly and professional piper. "

"My family traveled from the U.S. to Inverness recently, among a few other stops, hoping to visit some ancestral sites specific to our family lines. I was having trouble finding a tour guide, and the idea hit me to see if I could find a local Piper...thought even better if they were a Fraser like me....literally contacted Spud at the last minute, and he was happy to oblige. Far exceeded our expectations!!! I told him to feel free to come casually dressed on such short notice....his Highland attire was incredible! And his musicianship was outstanding...in America we would say this guy has some "serious chops"! Graced us with several wonderful tunes, and was as charming and witty as all of the other reviews mentioned. He is first class all the way!!! He turned an occasion into an event. He made our experience feel epic. You instantly feel like a friend to Spud when you meet him. And he was full of hilarious stories and quips. If you're a "yankee" and need a Piper in America or the other side of the pond....do yourself a favor and contact Spud....you will not be disappointed, and he will add so much class and fun to whatever you have going on!!!! Cannot say enough good things about this guy...a consummate professional and such a winsome and personable fellow. "

"What can I say! Andy was absolutely amazing. I can't thank him enough for his professionalism and attention to detail at such a sad occasion as my Mums funeral. Andy looked and sounded fabulous and really set the scene for my dear Mum and our whole family. Even the funeral director said he'd never experienced anything quite like it, that he'd heard pipers before at funerals but when Andy played it sent shivers down his back as he followed Andy playing the bagpipes and leading my Mum to her final resting place alongside my dear Dad. Thank you so much Andy."

"Billy James played for my Mother’s funeral. I immediately felt comfortable with Billy who was friendly, organised and professional and of course, looked so smart. Billy played my Mother into and out of the church bringing the wonderful, unique music of the pipes to what was an incredibly emotional time for myself and family.
