"Our original piper emailed me at 9:30am on our wedding day to cancel the booking for valid reasons however, they did not call me and it was only by chance I saw their email. We found Julia who luckily was free, she had around two hours notice to put on her Highland dress, drive 12 miles, set up and play for our guests. She was there on time and learnt the song I wanted piped down the isle to, on the way. She was amazing, and played absolutely beautifully. I wanted to wait to walk down the isle so I could hear her play more of the song that I loved, it made me so emotional hearing her play. Our guests loved her too, and all complimented on how well she played. I would recommend Julia for your event and she will always be my first piper to call for any future events. We are eternally grateful for all that you did Juli, thank you. "

"Glyn was amazing from start to finish. He was so accommodating and gave us ideas for our wedding idea. It was such a beautiful day and he offered to pipe our guests from the church to the reception venue which added such a lovely touch to it all. Our guests loved him too. "Forget the rest... stick with the BEST! Spud is the most magnificent piper in the world! My husband and I contacted Spud for our wedding at Eilean Donan Castle in 2013. We immediately bonded as he is the most extraordinary human being with the best sense of humour. He's passionate about being Scottish, piping, his son (always a huge bonus!) and life. As I'm in film, I couldn't resist and requested that Spud wear a GoPro whilst he piped me to my wedding... of course he obliged with a giggle... brilliant footage and we have a friend for life! "The bagpipes really were the perfect start to our day. The team were so professional & obviously very talented. Honestly couldn’t recommend Alba bag pipes enough to anyone who is getting married. The guests all said how beautiful the bagpipes and drums were & how much they added to the atmosphere. We honestly can’t thank the team enough for making our day so special."

"Absolutely excellent. With minimum instructions did everything we wanted and more. Really lovely at the end how he marched off playing the pipes. Very poignant. Arrived everywhere he needed to be prepared and ready. Really couldn't have been better. The last thing you need is to be stressing at a funeral and to have someone know exactly what they are doing and when to do it was a god send. Was really lovely performance. My mum would have loved it."
