"Rob was outstanding during our ceremony, he timed all the songs perfectly and faded out the songs early when needed. The drinks reception was amazing and all of our guests commented on how great Rob was. We couldn't have wished for a more perfect singer to make our ceremony so special! Thank you Rob!"

"We booked DJ Karl Joseph and his magic mirror at our wedding at Pendrell Hall. The mirror went down an absolute storm and there were so many props! It has been amazing to go through our guestbook and see our guests having such a lovely time! And the DJing was absolutely brilliant. I think DJ Karl Joseph had a tough crowd, and lots of people commented that they could see he was really trying his best to get people out on the dancefloor and that is exactly what we wanted! I think one of the highlights for us was from about 1030 when we had finished saying goodbyes to the early leavers and could properly get out on the floor with everyone who was left. The other highlights were obviously the Macarena and Cha Cha Slide... DJ Karl Joseph's organisation was just spot on all the way through from when we first contacted him. His was always quick and easy to contact, and we didn't even see them arrive and set up on the day! We would highly recommend it! "

"I would most definitely recommend having Ethan at any celebration... he's great & sings a variety of songs for all to enjoy & everyone at my son's 18th certainly enjoyed listening to him .. he played disco music while guests were arriving then did his sets .. made the party a brilliant atmosphere.. thanks Ethan."

"The disco was perfect, despite the amount of chatting and catching up that was being done, people found their way to the dance floor and in fact my 5 year old son barely moved from 'his spot' on the dance floor for nearly 2 hours solid! "

"Soiree fitted the bill in every sense. For our event we wanted to create a setting where our guests could enjoy the music without it being too overpowering. The combination of the live Trumpet and DJ incorporated all tastes and genres, resulting in an ambient atmosphere that made the event very special. Their performance throughout the evening ranged from more chilled styles to more groovy songs and this flexibility was something many guests commented on. As well as multiple genres James and Jake were more than willing to take requests on demand, with no request being too much hassle. Overall, we would highly recommend Soiree and can’t wait for our next event!"

"DJ Karl was amazing at our wedding at Foxtail Barns We booked DJ Karl for our wedding at Foxtail Barns wedding venue and it was one of the best decisions we made for our wedding. Karl was very professional and talked us through everything for dj’ing at our wedding. We provided Karl with a bit of a playlist with our musical tastes and he tailored the night of music to that! His DJ setup looked great with the lighting and even provided the additional mike and music stand for my wife's father to play his ukulele at the wedding which was amazing! We also hired the photobooth with Karl and this was a hit. We had plenty of compliments from our guests that our wedding was the best they had gone to in years or even ever. We would highly recommend DJ Karl!"

"Amazing party band Our band unfortunately had to cancel just two weeks before our wedding. A friend pointed us towards Big Day Revolution and we were put in touch with James who runs the music. He informed us that most of the musicians he deals with were already booked. However, he offered to put together a custom band by combining other musicians he knows. We told him our requirements, and he was able to assemble a band that matched our needs perfectly - both in terms of the type of music and the instruments played. He showed us some demos and assured us that the the band would be equally good. We trusted him, and they exceeded our expectations. We were able to choose all the songs we wanted, and on the night of the Wedding, one of my bridesmaids surprised me by singing a Tina Turner song with the band. They were a pleasure to have there, very polite and professional. The dance floor was never empty. James put my worried mind at ease with fast responses. Clearly, he cares about his clients, gives attention to detail and goes the extra mile to deliver what is needed to create a successful wedding. Katie and Andrew"

"Dj tom and sax were fantastic, the combination was amazing and everyone was dancing from the very beginning. They kindly waited around as our day overrun and were very polite. DJ Tom played a great playlist and there was no cringeworthy songs! They both stayed half hour longer to accommodate our bad timing ! I would recommend having a sax with DJ Tom as the two together were incredible and everyone loved it. Thanks so much "

"Hired the 'Ultimate Party Bundle' to use with our own decks, mixer and radio mike for a wedding (speeches and disco). Equipment was delivered and set up on time and provided great sound and lighting. The package was ideal for the marquee (about 90 guests). Lights and speakers were in excellent condition. Basement Hire answered all my questions in advance regarding connections, cables etc. "
