"When you start planning your wedding, there are lots of factors that you need to take into account, however for me, the music was everything. I called The Covered Band, and spoke to John. From the moment we started talking about my ideas, i immediately felt at ease. We wanted a Country and Western wedding, and this may not be an easy request for some bands, For John, he seemed even more excited than me, that's when i realised, i needed this band, to perform on our day. The enthusiasm and professionalism all the band provided,was the highlight of the day, not to mention the encouragement before hand. I had requested a few of our favourite songs, even the request to use my father's guitar for some songs, as these were really important for us. John always replied, sure, and i honestly couldn't of been happier to know that he was onboard, and was prepared to make sure our wedding would be remembered in years to come. Imagine, being on the dance floor, with all your friends and family, smiles on everyone's faces, whilst dancing like their having the time of their lives. I stood back, for a slight second, to admire that moment. It was truly spectacular!! If you are considering having a band, for your wedding, this is most definitely, the band you need to book. I just wish I could do it all over again and couldn't recommend them highly enough."

"I was given the responsibility of choosing the entertainment for our wedding and I knew I had found the right group when I came across Detroit Deluxe. Their repertoire of songs stood out from the others as they cover multiple genres without all the modern cliché covers. The vocalists were outstanding and spent time with us chatting after the 2 sets which was a really nice moment. I have had several guests ask me for their details after the wedding. They were outstanding professionals and had people on the dance floor all evening. They suggested us a set list and we changed a few of the tracks with no issue. Their cover of our chosen track by Ben Howard was exceptional and still gives me goosebumps when I listen back to it now. Thanks so much to the band and say no more I would of course recommend them. They truly made our day. "

"You have no reason to believe me or trust me..for I am just a name. But if you do not book these guys you are missing out.. the passion..the fun..the atmosphere these all had was unlike I could have dreamed of....every song belted out as though in front of thousands.. every melody hit with precision...I cannot tell you how much everyone...and I mean everyone at my wedding talked and raved about the music, style professionalism but most of all the quality of their set. They joined us for dinner, endured our speeches then performed to the very highest standard and blew our socks off.. so...thank you for an amazing night to Paulo Jeremey Chris .eaun . "Mark and the band were beyond all expectations. We found them incredibly helpful and easy to communicate with. They did 2 sets for our wedding and they were absolutely exceptional. We wanted something upbeat, fun and would get everyone dancing, whilst avoiding wedding music cliches - and we weren’t disappointed in the slightest. All our guests, young and old, were on their feet and having the best time. We’ve had multiple messages from guests saying how fantastic they were and we’re very much considering them for any future special events! Highly recommend!"
