" Brilliant Birthday Band Private Function, St Albans on Saturday 20 April 2024 Wow, what a night ! Absolutely brilliant band, what a stand out evening we had! Everyone commented on how fantastic the band was and the venue - just perfect. All were excellent musicians and three ladies on lead vocals ensured everyone "got down" to the music. Also, loved they way they entered into the spirit of the party with the guitarist and vocalist coming into the crowd at one stage and playing/singing with the crowd whilst we were dancing. So thank you Uptown Funk for making sure we all had an absolutely awesome birthday event. PS organising and discussing the plans for the evening was a breeze thanks to Keith's advise and experience - couldn't have been easier. Duncan, Monday 29 April 2024"

"Hi Ben, it was very much our pleasure to have you and the rest of the band with us on Saturday night. The Blue Suede Shoes went down a storm and were very well received by all of us at the club on the night, simply Ben you “nailed it” and as you know the music played kept the dance floor packed all night. The addition of Baker Street and From the First Moment was terrific and I hope they stay part of your optional play list. I know our Social Committee and next year’s Club Captain are both planning to get in touch for upcoming events so I hope to see and hear you again before too long. "Lizy and the band played at my 50th party at home. They were all absolutely awesome and could not have done any more to make my party really fantastic. All the band were really lovely from the minute they arrived to the minute they left. Lizy is a fabulous singer and I would recommend anyone having a party to book them!"

"Saw The Throwback Showdown - 80s vs 90s at a venue in Milton Keynes a couple of months ago. We liked them so much we decided to book them for our wedding. They’re very professional and certainly get the audience on their feet dancing! Highly recommended."

"Turned up on time with all the right kit and had practically everyone up on the dance floor. Really excellent performances every time. We have used them for our end of year Ball for about 4 years and have just booked them for the next one in July 2019 because we don't want them to be booked by anyone else. They look and sound the part. Would recommend."

"Mary V was absolutely wonderful. She is a lovely young lady with a beautiful, soulful voice, who really lifted our party out of the ordinary. She was really accommodating, learning a couple of our favourite songs for the night as well as her fabulous repertoire, and delivering every one note perfect. We would definitely book Mary again and one of our guests has asked for her details for their own party. Thank you so much."
