"The actual booking process was easy and although it took a little while for the band to get in touch, it was all handled very professionally. Jonah from the band called me to confirm before the event too. The band were great. - Note from Director of Music. This was the bands first event with us and so they didn't realise they were allowed to speak to the client direct hence the delay in them getting touch."

"A huge thank-you for a wonderful night's music at my 60th birthday party. Such an amazing customised personalised set, which not only set the perfect atmosphere for the night, but got all generations up on the dance floor. It was amazing to see a rock & roll band turn into a trad Jazz band by bringing in friends on other instruments. The in-house arrangements were just phenomenal. To hear Floyd's 'Wish You were here' accompanied by banjo was so unexpected but worked perfectly! The standard four piece party numbers were, as always, absolutely brilliant. This night was very special and will never be forgotten"

"They flew all the way from Brighton—a place that’s very special to us—and went above and beyond to make it happen. They came highly recommended by our wedding planner (who had them at her own wedding!), and still managed to exceed all our expectations. We wanted a full day of 80s music, and the Spark Up Band lads delivered in every way—from laid-back tunes in the sunshine during our cocktail hour, to opening the dance floor with our first dance, and keeping the party going late into the night. We had compliments on the music and atmosphere all day, and that’s entirely down to them. Their energy and talent truly brought the whole day together. If you’re looking for a band for your wedding, party, or event, we couldn’t recommend them more. "I booked the Catfish Kings to play at my 60th Birthday party, having read great reviews online and hearing them in action. As an early rock & roll themed party they came and absolutely smashed it! Such a great sound and set list, with the full line up of vocals, sax, boogie woogie pianist, drums, bass and guitar, they played a brilliant set of classic numbers and had everyone up dancing, in short… they really delivered. From the initial discussions to the set-up and final song they were brilliant to work with, on time, in tune, warm, friendly and super talented. Miles Perkins 60."
