"We got engaged in July 2020 and our wedding wasn’t until August 2022, however we knew from the moment we got engaged that we wanted a saxophonist to play in our drinks reception. We did some research and came across Olly! We loved the stuff he had put online and loved his Ibiza style sets that we knew he was a must. Olly was great on the day, it was exactly the vibe we wanted for our drinks reception. We had so many compliments on our entertainment choices especially Olly! We would definitely recommend him for any event! We maybe wish we had kept him on longer and also had him during the evening as well! Do not hesitate to book Olly, you will not regret it x"

"Thank you so much for the beautiful music! All of our guests absolutely loved the songs you played & it kept them hugely entertained while waiting for the ceremony. I was sorry we were late walking down the aisle. The planned timings didn’t quite go to plan. I hugely appreciated how you kept the guests thoroughly entertained while waiting. They all said how upbeat and beautiful sounding you were. A massive thank you from both of us. Natalya, your music made the ceremony extra special and romantic! it really did, absolutely beautiful"

"We recently booked Shawna and Fergus for our homemade hen party festival. They did not disappoint. Everyone was up dancing and singing along for their whole set. I would definitely recommend for any event. Thank you once again!!"

"James and his band were absolutely wonderful. We had so many people compliment them and we didn’t have to worry about a thing, their set flowed beautifully. They were flawless for our ceremony and even performed a personal rendition of “Somewhere over the rainbow” which I felt very emotional walking down the aisle to. We were lucky enough to have beautiful weather so we asked to make a last minute change and if it was possible for James and the band to move outside after the ceremony for our drinks reception. They accommodated without any issues and were flawless with moving around on the day and setting up so quickly and efficiently. They couldn’t have been any more professional than they already were and we were so impressed with every song they performed. Thank you James for making our day that much more memorable and glorious. We will always be grateful and in awe of your beautiful voice!"

"Gordon has a superb gritty, bluesy, soul voice that really hits the spot when he lets rip…….. his arrangements really good and he has great vocals. I particularly like it when he opens up those chords and gives out with that really gravelly, soulful voice."

"We had really great evening and part of it was down to Ian. We booked him for our wedding dinner and first dance. We also paid him to learn a specific song for our first dance. He did a beautiful version of Heaven by DJ Sammy and led proceedings from his sets into our first dance super smoothly. His song choices went down really well with our friends and family. Top marks! "Taylor did a great job , good selection of music. It was a sit down awards evening and I wasn't expecting anyone to dance but the group enjoyed Taylor so much, we had lots of dancing too ! Very Happy with Taylor and I would recommend "

"Lizzie and I would like to thank you for the amazing performance on our wedding day in November at Rudby Hall. We had so many comments to say how perfect the addition a string quartet was while people arrived and then after the ceremony and we completely agree with them. With a mixture of classical songs and modern covers it really was a great fit for our special day. The additional songs we requested were also perfectly executed and we will remember them whenever we think back to the day. We both highly recommend The North West String Quartet to make a wedding that bit more memorable. "
