"Hello!, You played at our wedding at the Ghillie Dhu on 6th October. Just wanted to thank you so much for the amazing music which created such a buzz and atmosphere that I'll never forget!! You were absolutely fantastic and the talk of the day. All of our guests including the ones who admitted that they "hate a ceilidh", all said you were absolutely amazing and the by far the best ceilidh band they had ever heard. "From the moment we started watching their video clips, we knew that over the threshold were for us. They did not disappoint. From our first contact online to our last song. The band helped us make our day extra special. They nailed our live requests and the DJ sets covered our tastes. The acoustic set in the afternoon is highly recommended. Some quests commented " I asked him to play Blink and he just did it". All we can say is 10 out of 10. Thank you so much Cat & Mike"

"Hi Ben. The band was a great success, most of the guests said how good they were. You had an ex professional sound engineer, a musical director and a choreographer among the guests so the comments were not made lightly. Plus me who runs a theatrical sound and Lighting business. "Absolutely amazing!! We hired Mariachi Las Valentinas for a Mexican Day of the Dead party and were totally blown away by the quality of the music and the talent of the musicians. They really made the party go with a swing, and played a really good mixture of fast songs that had the audience up and dancing, and some slower songs that gave people a chance to catch their breath. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them, they brought so much joy to our party - more than happy to personally recommend if there's anyone out there in two minds about whether to book them, just contact us via thephoenixgarden.org and we'll give you any extra details you need. Totally brilliant and we just can't thank this wonderful band enough - we had so many comments from local families who attended the event and told us how much they enjoyed the music. It almost felt as though we'd got some old friends to come and perform for us. If you're thinking of music for your party we'd wholeheartedly recommend Mariachi Las Valentinas - just please don't book them for any Day of the Dead events, because well be needing them again!!"
