"We couldn’t recommend The Marvellous Motown Souls highly enough after we booked them to perform at our Enchanted Ball this October. The whole band were professional and sounded brilliant, the dance floor was always full and we would definitely book them again to entertain our guests at a future event. I am delighted to say that we raised £10,000 from this year’s Ball which we are delighted with. This really will go a long way in helping us to continue to provide our services here in Yorkshire to anyone affected by breast cancer. Thank you so much!"

"It was FANTASTIC - the dance floor was totally packed all night which is a testament to how great the band were. I have been receiving emails and texts all day yesterday and today, each one of which mentioned how great the band were. Rachael did such an amazing job at keeping everyone dancing madly the entire time. The DJ was also a good addition. We’ll definitely use you again next time if you’re available. Many thanks again for making the ball such a magical evening, there were lots of footsore people around West Surrey yesterday morning!"

"Many thanks again for putting on a splendid show. It is hard sometimes when you are not exposed to a range of disabled people to know how to interact. To your credit you pitched the show just right. "We would just like to say what a fantastic night we had with Nick and the guys from the Bee Gees Experience . They were friendly and helpful on arrival and on time . They were amazing on stage and had us all up dancing for the entire performance . We would have no hesitation in recommending them for future events . "Thank you so much Maria and the band for playing at my wife Beth's 30th birthday in Leeds on Friday. Many of the guests have been asking after you since then and many were much later home on the night than they planned as they were too busy dancing! The choice of songs, the quality of the playing and vocal - it was all excellent, perfect for the party and made the night that much more special. You were also very friendly and helpful before and after the party and great to have around on the night. Thank you! "

"We booked Straight Up for our wedding in April 2024, and they were absolutely amazing! We were slightly hesitant as we only had the promo video on the website to go off, but the band were even better in person. We loved that they had an extensive list of songs on their repertoire, and they happily played all 32 songs that we requested from that list! Communication prior to the wedding was clear, and the booking process was really easy. The band ensured that the dancefloor was full throughout the night, and we had such great feedback from all of our guests. They even learnt a 'last song' for us rather than a first dance, which was an amazing way to end the night. "
