"We hired Eccentric Pony for our wedding and they were fantastic in all respects. Jimmy was very organised and easy to deal with, he responded promptly to all of our queries. The band are very talented musicians and played a brilliant version of our first dance song. They read the room really well played off our guests. They were great fun and really got the party going! We cannot say enough good things about the band and would thoroughly recommend them to anyone looking for a wedding band. "

"50th Birthday Party - What an amazing duo!!! The lads were totally brilliant and played the crowd perfectly. Alex and Jon are the nicest guys you could wish to meet and superb vocalists too. The song list was amazing and they mixed it up depending on the crowd and timings etc .. some belting tunes blasted out kept the party going well into the night. I can't recommend Lazy Marmalade enough and I would happily give a personal recommendation. The whole experience from initial contact through to sat having a beer with the lads at the end of the night was a pleasure. Cheers Darren & Claire Howson."

"From the moment we saw the Miacats perform we knew they would be fantastic at our wedding. We chose to have them play during our ceremony and they did not disappoint at all! It made the whole ceremony more personal and was a wonderful touch that we could choose our own music to be played live! They then continued to play after the ceremony whilst we had a drink reception and everyone LOVED them! Their organisation and communication was fab before and after the event and we cannot thank them enough for making our day extra special and would not hesitate to book them again."

"A fantastically talented and professional duo who seem to enjoy an encyclopaedic knowledge of music from Central and Eastern Europe. Although they are only two musicians they produce the sound of a small orchestra. Igor possesses a very fine voice and his renditions of Moscow Nights, Ochi Chornie and Those Were the Days (among a huge list of songs) are second to none. Sarah is a brilliant violinist and domra player. They enhanced our evening and made it quite unforgettable. "

Edina and Tony are lovely, the University received nothing but compliments about their music. "Really good experience with Eccentric Pony playing at our wedding party. Jimmy liaised closely with me throughout the process about the timings, song list, first dance etc. Very reassuring about the first dance, which we were quite nervous about! On the day they turned up on time and were ready to go at the time we planned for, we actually kept them waiting, sorry! They are excellent musicians and the 3 sets couldn't have gone better. The dancefloor was full whenever they played and they really got the atmosphere going. They kept the party going with DJ sets between and after their band sets. We would highly recommend them and would definitely consider them for future parties. Thanks guys for making our wedding such a good party! Karthi and Rachel."

"Thank you for fantastic performance; you made our evening very special. Gordon's vocals were first class and his backing band soulful and entertaining at all times. We felt at ease the whole evening because everyone enjoyed the band so much. We had a diverse cross-section of guests but everyone found the band to their liking. The band were fun, entertaining, very accommodating, but most of all -SOULFUL. So many bands run through a set of tired old standards with all the verve of an office typing pool on a Friday afternoon - this band are different; they actually love what they are doing and the guests at our reception loved every minute"
