Review Centre: Wedding Bands

"The Covered played at our wedding in London recently and from the first minute after we booked to their last song at the wedding they were thoroughly professional, personable, and great fun. They played a two-hour-plus set that got everyone up dancing like lunatics. What more could you ask for!? Their song list spans from the 60s through to the now and the band read the crowd to make sure the next song played is going to keep everyone up and dancing. We booked them knowing very little about them, but we're so glad we did. John was extremely helpful throughout the process and goes the extra yard to make his clients happy."

"Hello Anne, Thankyou I had a wonderful time. But it would have been nothing without the string quartet. They played so beautifully, honestly everyone was enthralled. I had to stop them playing as they would have gone over their Time!!!! Only minor problem, the one man band arrived early and started setting up thus allowing very little time for the quartet. But they took it in their stride. Thank You so much Anne for providing us with such a fab night. Who knows we may have another occasion where we can use your quartets wonderful musical talents. "We found ‘The Upbeats musical duo’ online and contacted them. They were quick to get back to us and communicating with them via email was easy throughout the preparations for our wedding reception. Peter and Rachel recommended the music for us, which was perfect, but were more than happy for us to give them a list of other music if we had so wanted. From the moment they began singing, everyone was up dancing. We did ask for a particular song for our first dance and Peter and Rachel were only too happy to accommodate. We had the most amazing night, as did our guests. We highly recommend Peter and Rachel and will definitely be calling upon them for future parties. "

"Wendy was superb from the first communication. Very efficient and on the day turned up an hour or so before start time to prepare. Wendy is a lovely person but fantastic Sax Player too, all our guests commented on how great she was and how lovely it was to arrive with Wendy playing in the background. Would definitely book her again and would thoroughly recommend her to anyone wanting some lovely background music. Great Job Wendy. Thanks Robbie and Caroline "

"We booked Radio Dukes to play covers at our corporate party and they completely exceeded our expectations. From start to finish they were professional, friendly, and really easy to work with. The music was brilliant, everyone was up and talking, dancing, and just enjoying themselves. They read the room perfectly, switching songs and styles to keep the energy right all night. It really made the event feel special and lively, and we had so many guests commenting on how much they loved the band. Can’t recommend Radio Dukes enough for anyone looking to make a party memorable."

"Dear Anne, Thank you all for you efforts throughout the day! Many people commented on how superb the quartet was. It was such a special element to the day. We are so so pleased with the performances, song choices and effortless ease in which carried out their role. "The guys were great from the initial contact and booking to the performance. They are really approachable and played a range of music that suited our guests. We had a great experience with them and cannot thank them enough for their music that only added to our wedding. Would highly recommend them for everyone. Thanks guys for providing the music to our special day. "
