Review Centre: Party Bands

"We booked the Glo band for last Saturday evening July 8th 2017 for a big family celebration involving all ages and a wide range of people from our Village. We have had nothing but praise for the band since last Saturday and wanted to write a few words of thanks to them for making it a very special occasion for us. The band arrived and set themselves up and then ensured that they contacted us to determine when we wanted them to play and fill in where needed. They performed to a very high standard and our local musicians were all very impressed. The played a broad range of music for all the age groups and everybody was dancing and singing at the end of the evening. A big thank you from Alan and Janet and the Village of Penshurst. "

"Just a short note to say that Blackthorn we absolutely excellent !They played brilliantly and really connected well with the audience. All excellent musicians and great performers and were thouroughly enjoyed by all who came. Worth every penny ! I hope they will consider joining us again next year. "I would highly recommend The Verge if you're considering a band. From the start the band have been amazing. They played our first song which made the awkward first dance so much easier. The sets were incredible and had everyone dancing. There's not many bands that will invite your 7 year old onto the stage to play the tambourine for a song, something he'll always remember."

"We had Golden Gospel to sing at our wedding. They were absolutely fantastic, hanging with us through 3 postponements. They arrived early, they sang beautifully and were a huge part of the day being so special. Honestly - just book them, you won't be disappointed!"

"Sept 2023 The Big Ball: 'Everythings Covered is now our first choice when it comes to booking live entertainment at our events. Music is such a vital part to the success of any night, especially a fundraising night and if people are having a great time they are more generous. The band was incredible on every level. Great music, amazing vocals and such stage presence that they managed to pull everyone out of their seats and on to the dance floor. The choice of songs throughout the evening was perfect and the band had tough competition from the audience who sang along to every word.! They were an absolute pleasure to work with, reassuring, timely and reasonable in price. "We booked ‘Kitty Galactic’ for our Centenary Party in June and they were absolutely amazing! Not only are they a great band musically but also they are lovely to deal with and they provided a great atmosphere on the night! Kat is a fantastic front woman and her voice is incredible and they just made our night extra special! Thank you ‘Kitty Galactic!’ – (Has re-booked for sisters wedding in oct 2019). "
