"Above and beyond expectations. I gave them a clear brief and they performed superbly to 44 of my 80th birthday party lunch guests. Ready to start well before the allotted time. Excellent group and everyone enjoyed their eclectic mix of jazz. We would certainly recommend them and would use them again willingly. "

"We had the pleasure of having Christian play at my husband's 60th birthday celebration (a small private party) and he was absolutely wonderful. His talent at the piano created the perfect atmosphere elegant, warm, and full of life. Beyond his musical skill Christian was friendly, professional, and a joy to work with from start to finish. Our guests were thoroughly impressed and we couldn’t have asked for a better addition to the evening. Highly recommended!"

"OMG wow Jamie is AMAZING and I am not just saying that, he really is amazing. Lovely guy, really chilled out. Fun, lively atmosphere, exactly what I wanted. All my guests said how good Jamie was, everyone was up dancing. Spoke with Jamie a week before to finalise details. Highly recommend Jamie, you will not be disappointed."

"We had these guys play for our wedding in September and they were absolutely fantastic: from the first time they got in contact, offering advice of set times, to then creating the perfect sets based on the music we chose! I cannot recommend these guys more, all of our guests mentioned how amazing they were! They truly made our wedding one to remember! I’ve never danced so much in my life!! Thanks so much guys!"

So many of our Family and Friends have told us on how much they enjoyed your performance From start to finish, the songs you played and the Vibe you created resulted in our guests Dancing and Singing along at the top of their Voices! "Robert played a lovely selection of music - some of our choosing, some of his and some of the residents' requests. Most popular with the older people were his medley of war-time songs and some Frank Sinatra tunes whereas we marginally younger folk enjoyed the Beatles medley. The organ concert made a very pleasant occupation for a cold, early-winter afternoon. We would highly recommend Robert Baker for such a function and maybe next time we'll invite his wife along to come and sing with/for the residents, too. "

"The Laurels played at our wedding and were fantastic, everything we wanted. They are professional, friendly and clearly talented. Everything was easy to arrange, we tailored our playlist, they were prompt and totally self sufficient, played a couple of great sets and mingled seamlessly in their breaks. Loads of our favourite songs, all beautifully sang in a great acoustic style. We wouldn't hesitate to recommend them - thanks so much. "
