"We just wanted to very belatedly get in touch to say a huge thank you to you and Dorchester Strings for your beautiful performances for our wedding on 7 May. We had so many compliments on the day and since, including about at what a difference it made to the atmosphere. Everyone loved the ceremony music (even if it made so many of us cry!) and the impact on the drinks reception was just wonderful. We hope you could hear everyone up top clapping as you finished! The music choices got referenced by the best man during the speech later and you got a cheer in absentia. Our sincere thanks for such a beautiful, skilled addition to our celebration."

"I hired the The Might Craic’s Josh to sing at my post wedding party in a pub. Although id booked them to play early, he had the whole pub dancing at three in the afternoon. He was great Craic my wife and I couldn’t have been more pleased. The music was great, and judged the songs to the audience perfectly to keep everyone dancing. Would defiantly recommend him and use them again for the next family event or party. "

"Andy and John performed at my venue 5-6 times last year, always a crowd pleaser and customers are always asking when they are coming back. Behind the scenes they are helpful, professional and nothing I ask is too much for them. Always punctual, always happy to play on for a little bit if the crowd are appreciating it (nothing worse than entertainers who are clock watching and don't seem to want to be there). They are Great at interacting with the audience and always vary their sets to suit the audience (plus happy to accommodate requests within reason) I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Andy and John for all occasions"

"To Southwest: thank you for adding the extra zing to 'our do' at the castle on 29th July. From 3pm to the witching hour you provided the perfect music...wicked tunes...ace voices and a whole bunch of personality. You guys made our celebration rock...just wish we could have booked you until 3am... If we ever need a band again, Southwest would be our first port of call"

"Thank you to House of Chords, you guys got everything right on our wedding day. From the start, communication was excellent and you made Megan and I feel at ease straight away. Your repertoire was perfect for our evening celebration: cool classics and modern hits. We really enjoyed your performance and amazing vocals. We also loved having you guys there, you were so professional, setting up in the background and just integrating seamlessly with our plans. Genuinely really good guys, it felt like you were ‘guests with benefits’ a joy to talk to and get to know as well as hear play. Hope to hear you at another wedding soon. "Ant was fantastic!! We asked Ant to sing/ play guitar to one of our favourite songs (Better together, Jack Johnson) during the signing of the register at our church ceremony wedding. He also sang Elton John 'Your song'. We absolutely loved his performance and so many of our guests said how great they thought he was!! He sang them brilliantly and gave an extra personal touch to our ceremony. His kind, easy going nature made the whole process of booking/ arranging very simple. Would highly recommend!!!"

"We used the black jacks for our wedding, the were great singers and got everyone up and dancing, several people commented how good they were, our only slight criticism but it’s not their fault at all is that the hall was too small for the size of the band in our opinion they’d be much better in a larger hall/ venue!"
