"The Swing Things played my daughters wedding in July and it was brilliant. Marcus was brilliant to work with and all the players were just marvellous. The music was just what we wanted and got everyone on their feet and dancing. I would strongly recommend to anyone."

"Top quality band! If you are thinking of booking a wedding band then look no further! Pre wedding communication from the band was proactive. Jimmy kept us in the loop throughout and the band were very accommodating in playing our first dance song (despite it not being on their normal play list). Many of our guests commented how great the band were and the dance floor was full throughout the night. Highly recommended!"

"We had the guys come up and play for our wedding. Everything was fabulous - including admin and communication. Sound was great - loads of good songs, lots of energy, and the group were excellent putting up with our delays on the day! The dance floor emptied at the break, but John and all started up again and it filled up! Great energy and would certainly book again."

"Thank you SO much for bringing so much fun to our wedding reception, you were absolutely amazing! We were so sad when it all ended, if we could do it over again I don't think we would have left the dance floor all night! We've recently had our wedding video back and it has been so nice to see everyone having the best time in the evening. So many people commented on how much fun they had, and how great you all were! From allowing a bit of karaoke (thank you!) to getting our first dance song spot on to keep the most perfect song choices coming, it was amazing and we couldn't recommend you all enough."

"Seriously all thanks go to the band. Alter Ego really made the evening for everyone. Absolutely every guest commented on what a great band you are, the numbers you played, the excellent musicianship and your great rapport with the crowd. "Words can not describe how good this band was. From the very first song they had our guests hooked! The dance floor was heaving from beginning to end. The range of their playlists are outstanding, definitely have something for everyone. The quality of their performance was outstanding, and they are such a great bunch of people. We have had so many messages from our guests saying how amazing they all thought the band was, and there were a lot of aching legs and feet the next day due to all the dancing! This band really was the icing on the cake for us, and helped make our day so memorable. We just wish we could do it all again - and if we did, we would definitely be having Garage Nation!
