"I'd just like to thank you and the band for your set on Sunday night. You contributed to what turned out to be a perfect day for myself and Helen. We had a lot of good compliments about you from our guests so thought it would be nice to pass them onto you. I loved your version of cosmic girl even though I was dragged to the bar halfway through it! We would definitely recommend you to anyone! Once again thanks a lot and keep up the good work."

"We hired these guys for our wedding. The girls sounded amazing and the whole band were so slick. The sound was at just the right level, loud enough to enjoy but not too loud that we couldn't speak to people in the next room. They were extremely kind and a pleasure to deal with even allowing the youngest wedding guest to play with their tambourine. I would love to do the whole wedding again and i would hire them again. Maybe my next big birthday party! Thank you all for making our wedding end on a fabulous note. Andrew & Lisa Cook x "

"My dad's last wishes were for his wake to be a happy party with a Dixieland Jazz Band. He certainly got his wish. The Ace Jazz Band played exactly what my dad would have loved, and people were dancing and remembering fondly how dad used to dance to such music. Alan, the leader, was easy to deal with, well organised and sociable. Thank you for making the eake more like a wedding!"

"If you do anything today, book Sounds of Brazil!!! We had them play at our wedding and they were out of this world. They got everyone dancing and are so so talented, we still have people who were at the wedding complimenting how amazing they are. We feel blessed to have come across them on last minute musicians. "Firstly, thank you so much to The Covered, you were amazing! Thank you. xx The initial enquiry was promptly responded to. We traded a few e mails and a phone call, I got a sense from our first contact that you were approachable, friendly and passionate about delivering the best performance you could for your client. On the day of the event, you were present at the venue nearly 3 hours before the start of the performance. Whilst I struggled with helium balloons (I now know I could never be a children's entertainer!!) I could see and hear how much attention to detail went into the preparation for your performance. I think it's worth mentioning that your sound engineer, Ivan, is an absolute expert. I felt very lucky to see and hear your passion as all of the band prepared for the performance. During the course of the set up, I had the opportunity to catch up with individual band members. You were all so down to earth and friendly it really set the scene for an inclusive and friendly evening. Coming on to the performance. Stunning!! Incredible and stunning. The stage backdrop was very attractive and complimented the performance. The drums! Super fantastic to watch and hear. There was so much to see and hear from The Covered, all of it fantastic! One of the guests told me later, "The band were great, certainly the best I have heard for many years". To be fair, the compliments for your performance were non stop. If you are reading this review as a potential client, don't hesitate!! Book this amazing band before they get snapped up. Lastly, thank you John, and thanks to your band, your sound engineer and your backing vocalist. We had such a heart warming family celebration at which you were the front and centre. Hiring The Covered was a privilege. If we are to do the same again we will be in touch xxxx"

It was great so many guest were impressed with their skills, with fantastic flute, guitar and sax solos of classic covers, they really made the event.
