"The Band turned up in plenty of time and were professional and went over and beyond to help us make out night a great success. Excellent musicians and a great singer and the choice of music kept us on our toes all night. Will definitely have them back again. "House of Chords are second to none. They played exactly what was needed and the dance floor was never empty. Hugely popular and very professional; I would have no hesitation in recommending them to others who want their party to be memorable. People have not stopped talking about them since they played for us and I’ve already been asked when they can come again. The boys are the talk of the Regiment! Terrific value for money. In a word – Brilliant."

"I liked the fact that when booking it was 'relaxed' in that it was not too rigid with the timing. Unfortunate that Hannah was sick but this made no difference to my party as Sarah -Jane stepped in. Again flexibility (on both sides) resulted in a great performance - we received lots of compliments only downside was that we were unable to listen as much as we would have liked to .... There's always a next time. ..... We and especially our guests thoroughly enjoyed the performance - very happy to recommend . Ann & Antonio "

"I saw AMJ at my friends wedding in Gloucestershire. I knew they had booked them so looked them up prior to the big day and was impressed, but they exceeded all expectations on the night! We did not leave the dance floor all night. The band played so well, songs were slick, high energy from singer and band…Just so impressed with everything! Thank you for such a great night!! "

"She conjures songs both mellifluous and punchy which she delivers with charm and wit. There’s romance and sex in abundance, swirling lyrics into fables, stirring tunes into delicacies for the ear. Who’s that girl, lurking behind her vocals? I’m hearing Julie Driscoll and Judie Tzuke. Astrud Gilberto and Carly Simon. Chrissie Hynde and Peggy Lee. Not too loudly. Nessa knocks them for six with her soul and folk, jazz and pop takes. She gives the broads a run for their fifty pees."

"I just wanted to say a massive thank you for everything you did for us on Friday. We honestly had the BEST time and we received so, so many compliments from our guests on the band, so a massive kudos to you all! I was a bit worried at one point that either people had headed back to their rooms for a couple of hours for a refresh or left; however, you all kept the party and energy going and for that, we are truly grateful! You guys are the best and we would 100% recommend you to anyone as their band choice! Thank you so much again for everything."

"Southwest band played at our wedding on the 4th may 2018 at kings Croft They were absolutely fabulous they learnt and played our first dance by rod Stewart brilliantly and played a great variation of music during the night and also asked for requests towards the end it was perfect just the way we wanted it !! "We just wanted to drop you a quick line to say thank you so much for your fantastic set at our wedding last Saturday. We loved all of the songs especially uptown funk which created an incredible atmosphere! "Jimmy was incredible throughout the whole booking process. He checked in with me at key times asking for info, sent me all song options and was exceptionally organised throughout which for me was highly reassuring knowing everything was taken care of. The bands performance was impressive! They started off the evening and really got the party vibe going, everyone was up Highly recommend. Thank you so much for making my wedding one to remember! I would definitely recommend and use again. Thank you so much"
