"Great music and great service! George is a very accomplished musician, he is accommodating and has a wonderful sense of humour which puts everyone at ease. I would recommend him to anyone looking to have a piper play at their social event, be it a wedding or just a party. "

"Sara has been so helpful during the planning process, guiding & advising us. Always prompt responds. On the day, Sara & her band made such a difference to the atmosphere. We got so much from our guests too, who had enjoyed listening throughout the afternoon. Superb! Thank you!"

"My partner and I spent a long long time looking into bands for our wedding, it was one of the most important things for us. We were looking for both a great track list but also a great feeling from band themselves. We ended up booking Henry and Shaun for an Acoustic Duo during the wedding breakfast and the 4 piece band for the evening. If you are thinking of booking SWB for any part of your wedding or any function... Do not hesitate! They were amazing start to finish, did an amazing job of getting people up dancing and really knew what they were doing. We had multiple people coming up to us in the evening and the following days commenting how great the band were and some of our friends even approaching asking to book them for their own functions. It truly was an amazing experience and we couldn't recommend the guys enough!"

"It’s hard to put into words how special it was having Amy and Mark sing and perform for us on our wedding day. I met Amy back in my home town by chance (bonding over Cher on the dance floor)! I thought then that she was fabulous so decided to check out the Mardy Johnny Depps as I was looking for the perfect act to play for us during and after our ceremony, and wow I am so glad I did. I instantly fell in love with their sound, their energy and their epic repertoire. From enquiring to picking out songs to working out the logistics of my aisle entrance, it was a breeze which is exactly what you need when planning a wedding or event. Hearing my aisle song sang by Amy in its own unique and beautiful way was just sensational and a moment I’ll never forget. They are so versatile with the songs they can perform and even took requests on the spot from our guests. Everyone commented the same and they kicked the celebrations off in the best way possible… with good energy, buckets of soul and a little early afternoon boogie. Thank you so much for being a part of our day x "

"Hi Anne, Sorry for my tardiness getting back to you! The past past 24 hours have been a bit of a whirlwind!!! The strings trio were fantastic! They did really well and the guests loved it. Especially the Jurassic park theme song actually!! I will definitely be watching the videos we've made of the day. It went by way too fast! So sad it's over. Thanks so much for the great tunes!! Our guests were unanimous in their admiration of their talent, the range and breadth of repertoire, and the delivery of it. They delivered far more than we expected. 10/10!"

"We hired Funky Friday to play at our Enterprise Awards Evening, the band played whilst guests arrived, over lunch and at the end of the event.The music was exceptional and the band catered for exactly what we wanted, they were friendly and very well organised.I would recommend Funky Friday for any other corporate event."
