"Booked them for my wedding reception Oct 2017. To be honest, they were really quite rude, especially Mick who led it. They arrived grumpy, ate loads of the food without asking, complained a lot, and one of them went around grabbing our guests to get them to dance. I don't consider myself fussy... but I expected more as a paying customer on my wedding day. Music was good to be fair though."

"House of Chords played at our wedding festival. They were on a stage that we made under a little event tent and in the garden, they played to people from 80 to 3 and not one person didn’t say they were fabulous. They were really funny and polite to deal with and fitted into our peculiar wedding like a dream. I have no doubt that no matter what the venue and wedding style they would do the same. They really were amazing and we can’t thank them enough. I would recommend them in a heartbeat"

"The Renegades exceeded all of our expectations at our Wedding party! Throughout the night, the dance floor was packed. We have received countless compliments from our friends and family about how much they enjoyed the band (One of our friends was convinced that we had Spotify playing until he returned to the room and saw the band playing). "We were both overjoyed at the services you provided for our wedding on 16th April 2015 at The Upperhouse, Barlaston, Staffs. From our original enquiry, right through to the final played piece on the day, the total experience and contact was nothing but professional. You gave us suggestions to help to us decide what we wanted based on your experience, but were also more than happy to accommodate any thoughts or ideas we had. It was great to see the extensive repertoire of the musicians beforehand to help make our choices and to see our date on your websites up coming events. On the big day, none of our guests knew of the trio performing and were absolutely amazed at the playing on their arrival, at the ceremony and the wedding breakfast. Everyone commented on how good the music was and how it delicately enhanced the occasion, especially as we were able to have the ceremony outside in the pagoda at venues gardens. The trio also took some requests at the wedding breakfast which was a nice touch. I have passed on your details to all of my guests. "They flew all the way from Brighton—a place that’s very special to us—and went above and beyond to make it happen. They came highly recommended by our wedding planner (who had them at her own wedding!), and still managed to exceed all our expectations. We wanted a full day of 80s music, and the Spark Up Band lads delivered in every way—from laid-back tunes in the sunshine during our cocktail hour, to opening the dance floor with our first dance, and keeping the party going late into the night. We had compliments on the music and atmosphere all day, and that’s entirely down to them. Their energy and talent truly brought the whole day together. If you’re looking for a band for your wedding, party, or event, we couldn’t recommend them more. "Kelly and Griffin played at my mum’s 40th and just wow! We surprised my mum with Kelly’s beautiful singing voice and it made her birthday. They played a range of songs which everyone could sing/ dance along too and also had lovely personalities off the stage! Thank you guys and can’t wait for the next time "
