"What can I say other than fantastic, my walking partner and I decided a local band would be good for all to remember Ned Edwards who sadly passed away just over a year ago, we thought we would raise money for MIND and not only did we raise enough to pay the band but also an additional £378.35 how amazing. The band were absolutely fabulous so thank you so very much guys."

"Thank again for playing for us at our wedding - you were absolutely fantastic on the day and were also a pleasure to deal with in the run up to our big day. As I mentioned on the day, we had quite a few musicians amongst our guests who were all very impressed with you. Greg (the Owner) also thought you were fantastic. We had so many comments from people on the day saying how good you were and we thought you helped to create a great atmosphere, plus you were great to Lindy hop to! "Funky Friday stood out from the many bands we looked through when choosing a band for our wedding. Their promo video was by far the most impressive, and on our day, they blew us away. The energy they brought to the dance floor combined with the interaction with all of our guests, made their performance truly unforgettable. They looked stunning, and sounded even better! When their set finished, they were generous enough to let us keep using their PA system to keep the party going! We recommend Funky Friday for any occasion -- you don't want to miss out on these guys (and girl)! Thanks for rocking our wedding!"

"I was slightly nervous about using a band we had never met but in the event the band was brilliant. There was a lot of flexibility around the song selection and their voices were incredible. I came down the aisle to their version of ‘Amazing Grace’, it was so special. It makes me tingle all over just recalling it. Every song was sang beautifully. So many of our guests commented on how good the band were. You made our marriage service very memorable and special. "

"Thanks for your email and I just wanted to reply on behalf of the whole team to say thank you for your help in making the arrangements for Rory and the band to be with us for our event. Our feedback is hugely positive - Rory arrived in plenty of time and liaised with us about the best place to get set up. The music was fabulous and exactly what we were hoping for in terms of providing a relaxed atmosphere for guests. We received lots of positive feedback about the whole reception on the lawn, including the music, so thanks to Rory and the band for their contribution to our event's success. "I cannot say enough about how fantastic Danny was at our wedding. We were let down 3 weeks prior to our date, not for the first time, and I had lost faith in anyone being professional and reliable at this point. Even though Danny had a previous booking on our date, because ours was an earlier time slot, he willingly accepted our booking. I had a specific aisle song that I wanted playing outdoors and after waiting 18 months to hear it from our previous band, Danny had the first audio draft sent to me within 2 days. Upon hearing the first sentence of 7 words I was in tears, and knew that this was our version of the song. Danny was sat on a log stump outdoors with just his guitar playing to our guests as they arrived, and as I began walking through the field he sang the perfect rendition of our song. He then played another set to welcome our guests inside the tipi and everything was perfect. We didn't have a lot of time to chat on the day, but the music I could hear and the happiness of our guests said everything we needed to know. Danny is not only a very talented musician with a stunning live vocal, but also very down to earth but very professional. I'm not sure what event I will need entertainment for again in the future, but if I do, this is who I will be booking."

"We booked Starlet Beat for our joint 40th birthday and 10 year wedding anniversary party. They were fab and entertained the crowd brilliantly. Would definitely recommend for any celebration you may be having!"
