"The Brass Strollers performed at our wedding in Liverpool and it was one of the best moments of our day. We had a church wedding and the band burst in as a big surprise to 'Can't take my eyes off you' Frankie Valley! It was amazing the whole church were up dancing. It was more than we could have imagined and set the atmosphere and mood for the day. The band are so fun and cool and got everyone in the best mood. It was so uplifting. I wish we could do it all again. Will never forget it. Absolutely amazing. The best horn band ever. Thank you so so much guys! Xx "

"I want to really thank and recommend Grimshaw Audio/Chris for his work with us on an event at Batley Bulldogs Rugby Stadium. Chris provided exactly what we needed for an event with over 1,000 school children. The equipment/sound he provided was perfect for the needs of the event. The way in which he adapted to OUR last minute changes was hugely professional and courteous with lots of patience. The event which was a first for our organisation to plan had all we needed in terms of sound (across a huge venue) which included individual speakers, school choirs, samba band and soloists. I would really recommend Grimshaw Audio - for our huge event he offered to us all we needed and more. Thank you so much and so sorry this review has taken so long for me to complete. "Phil is a very talented musician. I booked him for a surprise proposal and he did above and beyond my expectation! He was a great singer/ acoustic player, handled the crowd very well and was great at communicating before the event. I would recommend him to anyone for any events!"

"Gareth recently sang at our Golden Wedding anniversary. Everyone enjoyed his singing and he made the party go with a swing. He had a great way with the children there . His choice of songs was ideal for this event. It was a great success and am happy to recommend him. Colin and Linda"

"Perfect addition to our wedding day. Sounded amazing outside in the sunshine at Buxted Park. Excellent communication leading up to the event. Lots of our guests were blown away with how great they sounded. Will recommend to anyone that wants that little extra for their wedding music. "

"We ended up in a sticky situation, our original musicians unfortunately could no longer play, so four days before the wedding and both my husband and I were in a panic trying to get a replacement. We couldn't have asked for anyone better, both Sarah and Jaya were amazing, supportive and completely understanding in the situation. The music they played really added to our special day, everyone was complimentary and really enjoyed it, you both created such an amazing atmosphere, thank you both so much."

"We booked Chunk of Funk to help us celebrate a significant family occasion. To say they exceeded our expectations is an understatement. The party was originally booked for 2020 but due to Covid it had to be postponed. Steve was happy to hold the booking for as long as we needed and throughout communication was first rate. On the day, they fitted in with everything else that was happening seamlessly. They provided two sets of one hour each and there wasn't a song that wasn't met with whoops and cheers from our guests. They were also more than happy to accommodate song requests. The band were brilliant and the singers exceptional. I would absolutely recommend that anyone booking Chunk of Funk go all out and book the whole band, with brass section, as it makes a huge difference. Chunk of Funk are definitely up there as one of the best party bands. "
