"Such an amazing band at our wedding in Portmeirion, our guests kept asking us how we found you and we told them my mother in law had seen you play at a wedding before. If you are thinking of booking Soul'N'Funk, do not hesitate as not only are they extremely talented but they made everyone’s night because of how entertaining and friendly they were. "

"We hired W4s on a recommendation from a friend and were so pleased with the ease of booking and choosing the songs from a wide and varied selection. The band were absolutely fantastic, they even learned a new song specifically for our wedding which was such a lovely personal touch. We would highly recommend W4s for a wedding reception, a very friendly, professional band that sound fantastic and will have everyone up dancing until the party finishes. "

We had them for our wedding and had so many comments on how fantastic they were at getting the party going, engaging with guests & playing the perfect songs to keep people on the dance floor. "Lucy performed everything from our ceremony music to the evening and it was absolutely incredible and loved by all! Any request was never too much to do and her personal music we loved! Everyone at the wedding said we nailed our music choice! If I could do it all again, Lucy and her band would be booked again and again.."

"Absolutely incredible, Starlet Beat made the best day of our lives even better! Since our wedding a month ago we have continued to receive comments from guests about how brilliant the band were. Everyone was dancing for the whole night! Karen was great at communicating before the event, taking onboard all our suggestions and including them in either the band's set or DJ sets in-between. She offered to perform our first dance song and the band learnt and played it brilliantly. We were an hour late getting to the dancing from some overrunning speeches but the band were not only remarkably good natured about this they were also really accommodating, fitting the full sets in a shorter time so we still got the full amount, even though we expected to be cut short as it was us running late. We cannot thank you enough! The music was so well arranged and performed with brilliant back-to-back medleys and something for everyone; we didn't leave the dance floor while they were on! So glad we had the full 8-piece lineup too because it was so good. I can't gush enough about how brilliant they were and the wedding card we found when we got back from honeymoon was also such a sweet touch. Book them! You won't regret it. We are already trying to work out whether we can afford an anniversary party as an excuse to have them back...Thank you, thank you, thank you! xxx"

"We wanted to thank the band for such as great evening. I was told that several of my guests were not the "dancing type" however all said that they enjoyed the band even if they were only listening to the music. We thought they were great! I would particularly like to thank them for letting the crazy, slightly intoxicated "musicians" in the family use the stage and their instruments during the evening, even though some of the performances were cringe worthy at times! It actually added to the funny memories of the evening and kept those crazy family members happy! Many thanks again for such as wonderful evening. "

"Wow where do we even begin? These guys are absolutely incredible at what they do! They played at our wedding on 12/09/25 and we kept them a secret from our guests and boy were they surprised! The dance floor was never empty and the music and song choices were spot on! They read the room and kept the party going and everybody loved it! "The band were absolutely amazing. We couldn't have asked for anything else from them. They had our guests on the dance floor for the whole evening. If you are thinking of booking a wedding band, make sure to go for Soul Hop, you will not regret it! They were also completely flexible with timings, and even came to set up early so they were not setting up when our guests were there. I would recommend them to everyone I know!!"
